  • I am very happy with the item
The item cleans extremely well. I have tile floors in much of the house and the floor attachment with a towel over the bristles loosens and picks up the dirt in one pass. The small attachments work wonders on glass and the granite counter tops in the kitchen. I am very happy with the item.

  • I didn't give 5 stars because it looked like someone was using the steamer before me
I didn't give 5 stars because it looked like someone was using the steamer before me. So I received the steamer on Wednesday (April 1st). I used it same day to test it. It is easy to use. It is very light to move around. It has two adaptors to put the steaming accesories on. And these are the following in the box: floor/carpet brush, two sizes of round brushes, one narrow nozzle, two extention tubes(wands), user manual (please, read it first), two adaptors with different angles (straight and angled), measuring cup, funnel, one microfiber small towel, tool for steaming on windows/tiles/glass.. The floor/carpet brush: is nicely designed to clip on the towels and the brush on bottom to scrub. The brush is rough and I don't recommend using it on any fabric because it might damage it. I didn't test it yet on carpet but I think carpet will do great on this brush. I used that only on kitchen floor so far. The steam produced lots of water with it. After awhile it was less of water. Other tools don't produce as much water so I wonder if this is because of the towel option to get it through. Not sure. It was not a big deal. My floor is laminate tile and when I steamed it it was litterally so hot that removed in no time a lot of things I tried to remove by brushing in past with chemicals. I had attatched a little bigger than given in box towel made of microfiber. It worked wonders. From brownish sticky stuff my floor turned into white and beige as supposed, when was new. I just stopped at some areas and waited 3-5 seconds to remove hard to clean spots. I didn't have to brush it off. I just swipped back and forth with steam on it. I wiped easily water by using few microfiber towels. I removed grim and nasty things from my appliances too with the high pressure nozzle (the small narrow end). All parts for steaming need to be fitted into adaptor first before attaching to steam gun. The steam gun has a safety lock that you can use when waiting for pressure build-up to avoid accidents of spilling hot water by pressing it or to avoid a child to press it. The nozzle is great and produces very little water and mainly steam. The water is only vissible after you steam a lot in one spot but not much. It is like a cloud of steam comming out of it in short time. Haha...really nice tool! My favorite. The little round brushes are very badly designed. None of them work well. You have to use different scrubbing brush by hand after steaming if you need that. The steam with these round brushes simply don't do well. The shape of them and the adaptor barely are fitting the right angles inside where the end of adaptor goes inside the steam tool. So you will end up with mess and so I don't use it. I only use the power nozzle and will try the carpet with the carpet/floor tool. I will update to tell you if that works well. :) the smaller (power) nozzle works best and gets into tiny places and is quite powerful. It worked really nice on everything I tried. It takes about 30-40 seconds to rebuild the pressure once in a while when steaming. There is a light for it so you will know when to take a moment off steaming. There are few flaws: the plastic doesn't seem to be good quality. The steamer machine is not looking very well made, however the tank seem to be well designed inside. There is a pop sound when pressure gets high in the tank. It scared me the first time. Haha...the area around cap of tank is secured with silicone around it like the baking tools kind- not sure how to explain- a good quality protection to secure you won't get burn after few minutes of turning off to refil the tank. There is no indicator when the water runs low. So you need to watch the time and lift a little machine to feel if there is anything moving inside. I don't like using the wands because I feel they are badly designed and don't give as much power. I like the fact that the steamer is small and super light to handle. It cleans nicely hard build-up and is powerful with the little nozzle attachment. I cleaned bathtub on Wednesday and today the kitchen. The tiles got nicely clean and I find that wiping with microfiber works well and after the work is done I just shower tiles down with water. Bathtub is shiny without scrubbing and so the tiles. The tiles were nasty black in some places. I couldn't remove it before. Some little spots I missed I will do next time. I still have lots to clean and if the machine doesn't die on me in a year I think it is worth it. For that price I think it is best alternative to avoid bad chemicals for cleaning (plus chemicals will produce resistant bacteria in a house). I am still giving it a try. I will update in a little bit. I hope my review helps to anyone. And one more thing- wearing gloves for people with sensitive skin can be an option because the gun will heat up after awhile. It was fine with me but it can be too hot for an older child or someone sensitive. I heard that wearing mask isa good idea and I agree. I ddidn't but sometimes I cover my nose and mouth when steam gets building up to avoid potential endospores getting in my mouth or nose. I will get a pot for boiling water (made of material that deionize the water). This way I will avoid build up in the tank. I also bought 24 microfiber towels here on Amazon for 13$ in 3 colors and they are a must to have. Good luck! Happy steaming :) ... show more

  • Junk
I bought this product one year ago I used it for deep cleaning in my six hundred square foot apartment once a month in a washed floors once a week. Every time I used it something else broke cheaply made The first thing that happened was that the mop part of it is very flimsy And Falls apart When trying to use it, the clip's fall off constantly that Hold the map pads on. You cannot push very hard when Mopping, because it feels like the stick is gonna break ,the part On the nozzle that you attach the accessories to melted. So I wasn't able to use any of the accessories from the 1st month. I got it . Now it's only can you be used as a sprayer. Can't use the mop. Can't use the attachments. So it's a total waste for me. I couldn't afford to buy another one so i'm back to hand Washing my floors !!! I am 57 years old. And I have bought products by them before and they worked Without problems ! I will probably never buy anything from this company again. They lost my trust. They call This the big green commercial steamer. So if you're looking for a commercial steam, a definitely do not buy this. It didn't even work on my six hundred square foot apartment without breaking not happy at all. ... show more

  • I must be stupid. What is the point of having a steam cleaner that doesn't vacuum???
I got this for one specific reason, to spot clean commercial carpet in halls that chemical cleaning solutions won't clean entirely. Lets say I'm lucky enough that the steam breaks down the stain. Without vacuuming it, all I've done is thinned the stain down and spread it around. This is entirely on me, 'cause I didn't read description close enough to see that it doesn't vacuum, but it never even remotely dawned on me that they would sell something described as a carpet cleaner that is all squirt and no suck. All it does is squirt steam. I coulda used a steam iron to do that. So, uh, no, it doesn't work. The couple places I did a test, I can't see any difference between "cleaned" and "uncleaned" at all. I can probably use it to clean a nasty toaster oven, or a grill maybe. Cest la vie. ... show more

  • excellent all around tool
excellent product, works very well on spilled "scented wax" to remove from cultured marble etc. as well as semigloss bathroom paint. Also works well on inside oven glass door. Many uses for this little handy device. Well worth the investment! Thanks
