It looks like the box was thrown around from shipping and there was no foam in the box to protect the sweeper. The sweeper was damaged. I wanted it replaced but for some reason it would let you select replace product.

    • Wish it were more reliable
We named her Martha and bought it to ground deep at work. She was awesome for 3 weeks then started to fall apart screw/bolt by screw/bolt. Now she rests in the storage.

This sweeper does pickup dirt but there is so MUCH dust you can hardly use it! Would not recommend to anyone to buy this product.
