Wow, I’ve never seen my travertine tile and marble tile floors so clean so fast. Just make sure you go ahead and order the side/edge cleaning brush and cleaning solution when you buy your machine. I got the Black Diamond floor cleaning solution and looking forward to receiving the Majestic floor cleaner/polish to use on my marble floors. Extremely pleased with the results and my purchase.

I probably used this machine only 3 times in total since I’ve owned it. This machine cost too much money to malfunction after only 3 uses. The first issue was that the front nozzle was broken. It kept falling off. They sent me a piece which was missing from it that held the spray nozzle in place, but the entire nozzle assembly itself was broken. So it was not distributing the water correctly . The next issue was that when I attempted to use it the 4th time ever of me owning it, it would not turn on. I was directed to the a repair company that charged me over $600 to fix both the nozzle and the handle switch in the machine. I should not have had to pay $2355 for this machine and it have so many issues to wind up paying an additional $600 in repair costs which was all due to poor manufacturing. This company should reimburse me for the repairs because this is absolutely ridiculous.

Won’t turn on after two years and used about 8 times. Does an ok job cleaning on polished concrete. I expected spotless. Prone to streaking. I think there are better solutions in this price range.

Does an awesome job! I use it almost daily for business. Currently in shop due to a broken gear inside of drum. Otherwise the motor has never given out. Cord should be rethought and redesigned to last longer. Plastic cover for water collection tray broke off in first month of use and should be designed to withstand business use. If you're going to clean mainly carpets like myself go ahead and remove the collection tray during use. This reduces strain on motor. Blue brushes work best on carpet even though they're not meant for carpets. In my case I need the more aggressive brushes. I wish Powr-Flite would offer just a CRB made with metal internal gears. I plan on buying another unit as a back up.

Don't get me wrong, I love it but since I ordered it, it came with the wrong piece for the water tank so it just drips water. Randomly(I even took it apart) the whole machine will shake. Overall it's good but for the price think it should work better.

Overall, it’s a decent machine but you have to go slow with it and it’s a little bit hard to get your edges with it. If you go fast with it, it does not do a good job so you have to take your time with it.
