I ordered this phone and it works fine but I wasn't able to get internet outside. I took the phone to a phone repair shop, and the man basically told me that the antenna was broken that's why I wasn't getting any internet. It is unlocked. Update It's not the antenna. The APNs (ACCESS POINT Names) is not connecting to the server. I need my money back Because this is ridiculous. I had to buy a whole new phone and I didn't want that. The guy didn't even charge me because the phone is a lemon. I only gave 1 star because I had to. ... show more

Bought 2 of these from seller MobileCart over 3 months ago. I was able to do updates including security updates through October 1, 2023. I think they continue security updates for some time, but 3 years since 2020 release might have just gone by. I am using them on ATT. One had the stylus missing, and at the very end of the 3 months, I discovered it, and contacted seller through Amazon. Seller was very fast responding. I was able to order a stylus with bluetooth, which can be used as a remote for the camera, and the other stylus functions, on Amazon for $20. The charger that came with these were not the Samsung chargers, and would not fast charge, and at the last minute at the end of the return date, I requested to return these, and seller approved both returns immediately - great seller, but I had a couple of Samsung chargers of my own, and they work, so I cancelled the returns. I had spent too much time searching for a replacement for my Note 4's, and customizing this new model, and they were so like new, that I had to keep them. These DO NOT have curved display which is only true of this particular model of the Note 20, so there is no edge alert, but I bought them because I don't like curved displays anyway. These have a fairly new chip, so they can get channels that my Note 4 can't so they get better coverage, also. These were what I needed, and I'm glad I got them! Good Luck! ... show more

This phone is the best, I absolutely love it. It does so much more than expected. It's very easy to use, clear pictures, quick downloading. I can go on about the many things it does and the price was unbelievable. This is the 3rd or 4th phone I purchased from them. They all still work, I just updated them. It charges quicker then i imagined and they have several colors, all pretty. Also has protection from scratchs and locks from strangers to helo keep your information safe. It's sad because this is the last note they made and they really did a good job with all the notes especially the note 10! ... show more

I purchased this phone Oct of 2025. Today while in a meeting, the phone died. I am unable to turn it back on. When I received the phone, the screen started to flicker 3 months in. The touch screen started to not work. Would love to get help or get another one (replacement) if possible.
