Great little cleaner. Like a lot of other people, we had five years' worth of Mop-n-Glow & similar products on our engineered wood floor. It got to the point that pretty much every time one of our dogs would walk by, there'd be new scratches. It was a nightmare. It is a slow process, but this cleaner is taking all of the gunk off and leaving us with beautiful floor. It took a lot of trial and error, so I will share our process: 1. Sweep or vacuum the floor. 2. Spread a floor stripper with a long handled soft brush, sort of like a push broom. Do about 5 feet square at a time. 3. Let the stripper sit for 5-10 minutes. Be sure you have a stripper made for your kind of floor. 4. Go slowly with the orbital cleaner. We used full speed and went back and forth. We used the black pads. 5. Using an appropriate attachment, use a wet vac to pick up the sticky, frothy mess you just made. 6. Mop over the area with clean water and let dry or go over with a dry mop. 7. If you see any areas not clean or your mop drags, do the process again. 8. Sorry, but you most likely will have to do the edges by hand. I just used a scrubby sponge with the stripper for that. 9. Once all floor is stripped, wash it with a pH cleaner. 10. Finally, re-seal the floor. I chose a satin finish that is just gorgeous. No more gunky mess. If you have a lot of floor, you'll need extra scrubber pads. The Oreck ones fit nicely. We had to do every area twice and a couple took three times. This is why it is time and labor intensive. That said, I promise you that it is worth it. Our floor cleans up nicely with just a spray mop. I use a Bona mop and their cleaner, but there are other brands. No more gunk and no more scratches.

It is small, and not heavy, but give good cleaning power.. We were able to spot clean carpet as well as buff the floors and have a nice shine. It was easy to use. Well worth the money.

I’m extremely impressed with the HHQ Commercial Floor Scrubber! It makes deep cleaning my floors so much easier—no more getting down on my hands and knees. The brushes and pads are very effective on tile, grout, hardwood, and even carpets. The machine feels sturdy and durable, built for heavy-duty use, and it saves a lot of time and effort compared to manual cleaning. The only downside is that it’s a bit heavy and bulky, so moving it around can be challenging in tight spaces. Other than that, it’s perfect for both commercial spaces and home use. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a reliable and efficient floor cleaner! 🧹✨🪣

For a floor machine of this size, this one offers great service. We have completed several projects with this machine without any major problems. The only thing I need to express as a negative comment is that the base of the machine is made of a rather weak plastic plate, and if you store the machine in a standing position, make sure it is perfectly vertical; otherwise, this plastic plate will bend, and any attachment installed will touch the base of the machine. Based on this design defect alone, will I buy this machine again? I am not sure...

I purchased this floor scrubbing machine six months ago with high hopes for its performance. Since then, I have maintained a consistent cleaning schedule, using the device once a week for approximately one hour per session. While the motor and scrubbing action work well, I am deeply disappointed by the poor durability of its components. Several plastic parts have already broken, including the gears and adjustment knobs shown in my photos. These small plastic pieces are essential for the machine's structural integrity and ease of use. I spent a significant amount of time searching for replacements, but I could not find these specific spare parts anywhere online. Because the plastic is brittle and prone to shearing, the machine is now partially compromised. A major consequence of this breakage is that the transport wheels or support brackets no longer function correctly. Consequently, I am forced to physically lift the entire unit every time I need to move it to a different area. This is a significant problem because the machine is quite heavy and difficult to maneuver manually. My back and arms are strained after every use due to this design failure. It is frustrating to own a tool that performs its primary task well but fails due to a five-cent plastic part. I strongly recommend that potential customers avoid buying this product. Unless the manufacturer begins selling reliable spare parts, this machine is essentially disposable. No one should invest money in equipment that becomes a heavy burden after only six months of light use.
