    • I LOVE THIS MOP! Easy to use and cleans inside the deep grout lines in our tile floors.
MY PROBLEM AND WHY I NEEDED A NEW MOP: I have always wanted a tile kitchen until I got one. I can't use any of the spritz mops. They just clean the tiles and push leftovers into the grout lines leaving all the icky stuff in the grout lines. OOH, Gross! Definitely not clean. Especially when you have a tiny dog with potty training issues. Trust me, when you have a river of dog urine moving down the grout lines of your tile, you become a little obsessed with cleaning out the grout lines. I've tried all the fluffy and not fluffy Swiffer and multiple other mops. I even have a steam mop I like the idea of steaming out these areas, but the mop heads do not get down into these grout lines. SO, I HAD TO GO OLD SCHOOL. BUCKET AND MOP: My grout issue demanded being cleaned with an old school bucket and rag mop if I actually want to clean in the grooves between the tiles. It takes literally over an hour to get through the kitchen and a huge workout making sure I get inside each tile groove. It's a small kitchen. Fast forward 2 years with this heavy mopping issue. In the past few months I have had several surgeries and medical treatments that create physical barriers to getting a clean floor. I simply do not have the strength and energy necessary or ability while I'm recovering and building myself back up to keep the kitchen floors clean. So I started hunting around for new options again. MY THOUGHTS: I LOVE THIS MOP! YES IT CLEANS THE GROUT AREAS OUT! YAY!!! It does all the work. I do have to let it sit and do it's job on heavy stuff, but it's effortless. I just let it spin. I have to rein it in a bit, to keep it going where I need it to, because of the rotating mop heads it does feel like it's a bit self propelled. :) Not only does it clean my new laminate wood floors throughout the entire house, I can finally clean inside the tile grooves and get my kitchen floor cleaned properly without hauling out a bucket and putting in some real back labor. I'm able to have clean floors, take care of them myself even in my reduced capability at the moment. This is the best cleaning purchase I've made the last 3 years (other than my Roomba vacuum).     • Deeper clean than my steam mop!
It’s easy to use and cleans so much better than my steam mops! I could tell a difference after just mopping with it once. I didn’t put the chemical cleaner n the water reservoir. I like to have it diluted in a squirt bottle and pray as I go. So just put water in the tank. My only complaint is it doesn’t get the corners very well since the pads are round but I just have a microfiber rag with me as I go and use it on the corners. ... show more

    • Clean Floors in a Pinch
I bought a cheaper no-name model first and that didn't compare to this at all. What I liked about this product was the fact that it didn't pull you around the floor like other models. It also has a larger capacity for water so you don't need to constantly refill it. One downfall is that it doesn't have a very large charge. It maybe lasts 30 minutes at most but it doesn't seem to bother me. I use this specifically on tile but also use it on our laminate flooring throughout the house. I don't feel like this does a deep cleaning but it lets you clean up everyday messes and is perfect for maintaining your clean floors, especially with dogs or children. ... show more

    • Why didn’t I buy this sooner?
I am a senior and this Mop has helped me tremendously. I have pets which brings makes the floors even more soiled. The floor looks way better than any job I could do with a regular mop. It’s easy to use and cleans easily. It’s brought joy to my floors and me.

    • Battery life not good
I love that this spin mop is easy to use, and works efficiently, but I am greatly disappointed with the battery life. I can only get thru the kitchen and two bathroom floors before it runs out of power, and I am mopping quickly. Then it takes a long time to charge back up, which is very frustrating when it quits in the middle of a job. And it will not work when plugged in to the charging cable so I could at least grab an extension cord and finish it up with it plugged in. I should mention too that the first one I got worked great on the first run, but the next time I tried it, the sprayer stopped spraying. None of the trouble shooting tips helped so I had the return it, which Amazon as usual made very simple for me to do, and I received my replacement in just a couple days. I just tried it tonight and it worked great until the fully charged battery ran out before the job was done. So now I will need to wait several hours to finish. And the instructions say to empty the tank to store, but I don’t want to waste all of the cleaner I put in it to do the job that it couldn’t finish. I feel like if Bissell could fix this one thing by making the battery life longer. This would really be a great little machine. ... show more

    • Easy To Use
I saved the box the product came in just in case I was disappointed with the performance and needed to return it. I am happy to say that I can recycle the box because I am definitely keeping it!!! I have never had such a pleasant experience mopping my floors before. The mop did all of the work and I just had to guide it. Mopping the floors is the one part of housework that I dread.     • Quiet and easy to use!!
Great quality, easy to use, the solution that comes with it isn’t super potent (honestly I can’t smell a scent), and I feel like it cleaned my floors well! I just popped the pads in my wash machine when I was done. This specific model is cordless and the battery lasted about 30 minutes with about half the charge left. Oh! And this thing is SO QUIET!!! Like I would feel comfortable using this while a baby was sleeping. ... show more
