Absolutely love this. (Included picture is it in ‘mop mode’). I expected to use this for daily maintenance as I have 2 dogs and a cat that all shed significantly and thus far it works beautifully for that purpose. Don’t expect this to eliminate your need to still spot clean on occasion because it will miss some areas depending on your set up and I believe that just can’t be avoided (and that is not a complaint). After receiving this a few days ago and already utilizing it for 3-4 vacuums and one mop session I can say this exceeded my expectation. I’ve never had one that mopped before but so far that’s my favorite part. I have a ranch style home and this effectively cleaned the living room, kitchen, dining room, hallway and office areas covering roughly 2000sq ft in each session. On one charge it lasts about 1.5-2 hours. So far I believe the mopping capability is superior to the vacuum as I can see a very noticeable difference and I saw it cover areas multiple times which equates to a deeper clean. It also easily avoids carpeted areas when in mop mode which I was very curious about. It also doesn’t bump into things too hard and has a good even pace/speed. Its mapping ability seems very good so far as I can tell it has avoided hitting walls and things before it approaches. I also love the fact that I can control this from the app on my phone (which is very user friendly and simple to understand—a big plus). Only thing I would change is its color. If I had the choice I would have chosen a black model instead of a white one but it still looks good. Very please and highly recommend. Will update if anything changes in time.

Update again: Now it doesn’t work at all. Update: The solution is to put the wet mop cartridge in, let it run for a few seconds, put the dry cartridge back in and let it run. It’s weird but it works. But now I have to do this every single time I want it to vacuum. For this much money, it’s stupid that I have to jump through these hoops. Edit: Stopped working after just two months. It starts to act like it’s running, and then it just starts beeping. The app says it has “low suction” but there are no blockages anywhere. Will update if customer service ever gets back to me. This thing has made my life so much easier. I have two mischievous husky girls and two even more mischievous human boys. All four of them are known to make messes bigger than they are. This thing is ready to handle it all (without even whining if I run it 3 times in one day!) I like a clean home. It makes me feel good. But I have 4 mess makers and I use a wheelchair so it has been impossible to keep up with by myself. This vacuum mop has made a gigantic difference. It's the only one I found that actually vacuums while it is mopping. Even if I have the floor freshly vacuumed before running the mop, the furry girls will drop hair somewhere, so it is nice that this machine picks up the hair before going over it with a mop. I was worried about any mop I got just smearing wet hair all over my floor. I also like that this thing can sense the difference between hardwood floor and carpet. It never runs over my rugs or my carpet when it's on the mopping function. I have not had a robot mop before, but I have had another vacuuming robot. This is much quieter than the last one. Night and day different. I couldn't watch a movie with the last one running, but I canwith this one. And I can have it run while the dogs are asleep in the same room without a problem. I do recommend buying extra mop pads. I like to run the mop at least once a day, and then I just throw the pads in the washer when they're done. The only complaint I have, is that it doesn't usually get all the floor. It gets stuck in the bathroom, OR it skips a portion of the floor that needed to be done. I don't understand its mapping sensors. All in all, this was a great purchase. When it breaks, and I don't see that happening anytime soon, I will buy a new one from this brand.

So instead of getting a separate mop and vacuum robot I thought why not an all in one? There's a couple pros and cons I'll just list out Pros -Decent battery life -Vacuum works well -Easy to clean the robot itself -not very loud but you will notice it running Cons -Mop works ok but for light messes only. That week old caked on food you spilled isn't going to get cleaned up by this -it doesn't seem like it's very smart in terms of mapping your house. I think its an included feature but it seems like it just bounces around until it's low battery then it will just head home to recharge. Again, I could be wrong but other brands seem to clearly show house mapping in the app and this doesn't -spinning (edge?) brush wears out fast or at least deforms quickly enough to look like it's wearing out -won't get under some floor level cabinets so you might have to hand mop in hard to reach areas Some other things, its run into tables without knocking things over so it hasn't destroyed IE vases or other delicate objects. It has fallen down 1-2 stairs and wasn't damaged but something to keep in mind. It's gotten stuck a few times on rugs but will notify you. The mop pads can be removed and cleaned. Be careful not to add too much cleaning solution or your floors will feel sticky. I think their recommended amount of cleaning solution is even too much so experiment for yourself but start small. It can be started/stopped without pulling out the app. I like this product but you have to manage expectations. This isn't meant for super deep cleaning, its more for maintenance. You're likely going to have to hand mop some areas and pull out the vacuum now and then but this will overall lesson your work.
