The flat iron is good and gets to a good heat level. It’s a little bit hard to hold for long periods of time though. I believe it’s because it’s thick and my hand sometimes gets numb.

Ordered on Nov 9, 2021. I don’t use everyday and I’m not a hairstylist who leaves it on all day. Went to use iron on match 21 and it won’t heat up. I truly loved this iron till it stopped working. I guess I should have taken the reviews a little more serious as this seems to be a problem

This is a fantastic product. I use a flat iron everyday and when my old one stopped working, I was searching all over for a decent replacement. I saw this one and it sounded good but was a little apprehensive since some reviewers said they loved it and others said it stopped working. I am so glad I ordered it because, so far, for the past month it has been great. My hair is also not as staticky and dry as it was before with my old flat iron. It flattens and smooths my hair very well, I like how my hair looks everyday when I'm done. The size is great too because it's not as skinny as a lot of flat irons.
