While drying your hair it is easy to accidentally go from heat to cold. You have to hold it a funny way to prevent this from happening…even after three years it still happens to me. I really DON’T recommend this dryer. Expensive and mediocre at best. Does not add any shine nor smoothness. Dryer is fairly heavy, and looks clunky and outdated. I tried but can’t find any pros with this one. I can’t see paying this much for something you could essentially find in a drugstore as far as quality and performance. I accidently broke my GF hair dryer. I bought her this as a replacement. She is just tickled with how well it works. The product description is SPOT ON! You might spen a few extra dollars but it is worth every penny.

    • Wanted this to be better
I was excited about the drying power of this hair dryer and ability to dry quickly and keep frizz low. Unfortunatley, I don't think it got hot enough on the high heat setting, and the low air flow still was too high. I returned it for a different model.

This hair dryer is absolutely amazing! I live in Florida and my hair gets so frizzy with the humidity, but this hair dryer totally tames it! Highly recommend!

I was hoping that drying my hair with this dryer would be faster than with my 8-year old BaBylissPRO Nano Titanium Hair Dryer that I bought for $89. Sadly, it wasn't. The dryer is a bit lighter and the Cool Shot button works faster than the BaByliss but that doesn't merit the extra cost of the Bio Ionic. I'll stick with my BaByliss, thank you! ... show more

I purchased this June 2023. The cord is already broke and a hazard. I use the dryer daily but I have very fine hair so I blast for only a few minutes. For the cost of this you’d expect better quality. I’m so disappointed this is basically unusable with the frayed power cord. Do better!!
