This product works well. I bought it because it offered a combination of heat settings along with a combination of speeds. My hairdresser uses this brand of dryer. It works well as far as drying my hair in a decent amount of time at a lower heat & speed setting as compared to my old hair dryer. I have not noticed that it makes my hair "shinier" or adds any moisture to my hair as stated on the box. The 1 thing I do NOT like about it is the weight of the dryer itself. It is quite heavy which makes it cumbersome when having to change hands for drying different sections of my hair. I am 75 years old & was not expecting it to be that heavy. So if you are looking for a lighter weight dryer, I would look at another brand perhaps. ... show more

My wife is fanatical about her hair. Her hair is a very thin and delicate blonde and looks beautiful when it's properly cared for, and looks terrible when it isn't. When her Chi touch died (good riddance to that junk..) she bought a simple "ceramic" drier from a big box store. The next few weeks, her hair was becoming dry and damaged. Even *I* noticed it, and that says a lot. Enter this baby. She researched and chose this, so I ordered it for her. The first use, she and I both noticed an improvement.     • Doesn’t last
Barley lasted 2 years and will now only blow cold air. While I know 2 years seems like a long time I only used it 1-2 times a week. For the price I feel should have lasted longer. Never had a professional dryer stop blowing hot/warm. It is also heavy and bulky.
