This thing was very intimidating when it arrived. Lots of parts! One box was ripped upon delivery, but minimal bending of a few roof panels was the only damage - easily fixed. I put most of this together by myself, but did need a second set of hands on four of the steps. All of the holes lined up nicely. Generally, it went together just as the instructions showed. Finished product looks great. Total of 12 hours. The instruction manual was kind of small, so I employed a magnifying glass to make sure I assembled correctly. A full 8 1/2 X 11 manual would have been nice. I hung the netting on outside, curtains on inside, made more sense to me. It's been raining a lot here in NorCal, the inside of this is dry as a bone. I added 2 candle chandeliers, LED lighting strips from Costco, and a hanging cage fan for air circulation. May add a misting system this summer. ... show more

We are very pleased with our purchase. It arrived quickly. Assembly was pretty easy, however it is a bit time consuming. There was a couple of framing peices dinged up but still usable. It seems nice and sturdy. The screen netting and curtains are very nice material. It is very roomy even with the curtains closed. We love the appearance and color and have had many compliments on it. Hopefully it lasts a very long time and yes we would purchase this again. ... show more

So far, this seems to be working well. I'm happy that it retracts. Florida has some crazy storms. Interested to see how it holds up in the sun.
