So far this thing is small but mighty!! I’ve only had it a week so we will see how well it holds up. Make sure you buy oil and hydraulic fluid for it before you get it. Assembly well very easy, I did it alone in about 40 min.

I’m REALLY IMPRESSED with this unit! It does take almost 2 gallons of hydraulic fluid to fill so BE SURE TO BUY IT WITH THIS ITEM! It was very easy to assemble as the instructions were very clear and easy. My ONLY slight bad thing to say is about being careful on the odd way to pull start the engine. You MUST DO IT CORRECTLY OR YOU CAN GET HURT! First, pull the starting rope (not too hard) until it stops (about 1/4 of the way out or less). Then release it back & then pull it normally. You must follow this 2-step procedure EVERY TIME or you might bash your hand from the “pull back” of the starting rope. Now, all of that stated… this is an AMAZING LOG SPLITTER FOR THE MONEY!! Especially if you don’t have a lot of money and a trailer hitch equipped vehicle. You can roll it around by hand and it splits wood very easily. It doesn’t eat gasoline either. It won’t set any speed records on splitting but it is soooo much bang for the buck that you won’t care! 😃👍😎

Please.... PLEASE! Do not buy this log splitter! I used it less than 6 hours. Worked great at first. Then while using it, while it retracted the push plate snapped off because it started cutting into the rail it slides on. Complete garbage. Please reconsider.

We like our BLT HARD, it has saved us a lot of hard labor. We had all the splitting by hand. It was easy to put together & instructions we good about getting several types of oil before operating the machine.

this thing is awesome. it takes a bit to put together give yourself at least 2 hours. and make sure you have metric tools. once it was together started on the 3rd pull and i have used it many times already and it is a beast splits everything i put on it.
