When I received the chair it, I received a faulty cylinder and gas piece for the chair so it was almost useless for a while, and would sink whenever you sat in it. I was close to tossing the thing out but luckily after contacting the Bagzzia service they resolved the issue and sent new parts which I received today and reassembled the chair and now it works almost properly. I would say it's decent for the price but you can tell there's a lack of care with the manufacturing process of this product. We went through hell and back to take this thing apart and putting back screws in certain places was really difficult when it shouldn't have been. The bag that the new parts were shipped in arrived in a ripped up bag (like why no box?) as if a dog chewed through it, and my original package had a roach in it. That being said, I did get a satisfactory chair but it shouldn't have taken as much work as it did to get here, but I guess I got what I paid for. It is pretty comfy but there's just things here and there like the armrests being uneven and the wheels don't roll smoothly. I'd say go for it if you want to purchase this chair but at your own risk! ... show more

I received it within 3 days of me ordering it, which is pretty fast in my book. It does come with an assembly booklet, but I HIGHLY recommend the instruction video provided on the store page for this item. I’ve always seen streamers and content creators get chairs like this, and I think that they don’t look that comfortable. Now, having one of these in person, I can happily say that I was wrong. With the adjustable back, lower back cushion, and head cushion, it is far more comfortable than it looks. Being able to lean back or forward if necessary is something I wish more computer chairs had. Pretty comfy and sturdy chair, my only complaint is that some parts of the assembly (mostly the arms) were really tough as the holes for the screws didn't align with the piece. I really liked that the logo matches the chair's color too.
