This has really come in handy. I use it in my shop for different things. I lowered my work benches that were here when I bought this place. They were way to high. Used this jack and cut 6 inches off each leg. Worked perfect.

I like it, looks nice, easy to use. Having said that it is not as heavy duty as they make it out to be and in some cases the powder coating is super smooth and slick and that works against what you're trying to do because it won't stay in place. They could add a knurled surface to the bottom or a hard rubber surface would be really great. Also the top is just a little bit awkward mating up with a lot of different surfaces. I only mention that because these kind of jacks are used for a ton of different applications not just to change a tire. I went to put this in my shed, only to discover that I already have one. Dumb-dumb! I'll keep it anyways. This is what I like about it: 1. Nice wide feet for stability. I would have liked to get the model with the extra cross-foot, but that one only comes with a saddle for pinch-welds. 2. A flat saddle. So many of these things come with a saddle for pinch-welds. That won't work for my application. 3. Raises & lowers easily. 4. The accessory handle has a pivot so that you can fold it for storage. That's much better than models where the handle consist of 2 separate loose pieces. These jacks come pre-lubed from the factory, but if you want it to work smoothly and last a long time I highly recommend re-lubing the screw with grease and squirting oil onto the bearing surfaces. ... show more

Works fine for my Nissan Leaf (3500 pound vehicle.) Remember when you buy any product like a jack, and it's made in China or some other country where quality is questionable, you always want to buy something that has DOUBLE the capacity of what you need.
