The only issue we have with it is the armrests. They are high and not able to adjust. Pros are plenty of leg room for different sitting positions (I like sitting crossed legged and my boyfriend likes doing the asian squat while gaming). I saw a comment complaining about the seat being to hard. It is very soft. Yes it isnt memory foam but it has a lot of cushion. Feels sturdy and wobbles some but thats because of the reclining feature. It has some bounce. It was easy to put together you just have to make sure everything align right to put the back on. It is easier with another person in that part to keep the back stable. Id give it 5 out of 5 if it had adjustable arms. And it came 5 days early.

Seriously this thing is massive in a good way! What a nicely constructed functional chair. I really liked the appearance for the cross stitching and the color is very nice. I don't feel fatigued anymore while sitting at my desk for hours. My favorite part about this chair is the arm rests. They fully articulate to be comfortable in almost any position. The downside being they sometimes move when you don't expect them too. I get great back support, especially with the adjustable lumbar cushion. The chair is deep enough that you can sit cross legged if that suits you. Durability wise, this chair is built like a tank but feels my like the Captain's chair on the Enterprise. Super solid and well worth the money. I also slapped on some of those roller blade style wheels, didn't even bother installing the basic ones. That being said, the wheels that come with the chair seem fantastic, I just knew I wanted a Cadillac of a chair and with the upgraded wheels, I definitely got that!

I am 5'8' and 275 pounds so I thought this big and tall chair would be great. It is huge, beyond just weight allowance. The armrests bring my shoulders up level with my ears so by an hour my neck, shoulders and arms are throbbing. No way to adjust the arm rests down go lower them, you can only adjust back and forth or turn the padded part in circles. The back had the head rest hitting the top of my head so it pushes my head down so I am staring at keyboard not screen. The lumbar adjustment is a little rubber bulb that you squeeze and squeeze to add air but the bubble area is about 6 inches above my lumbar area. I looked for a year for a great chair but along with all these issues it is the most uncomfortable chair I have ever sat in. There is a cone bump that goes right into the center of my bottom when I sit down, yikes. It is a beautiful chair but I cannot sit down or stay in it. I am a 75 year old senior with mobility issues but I assembled it myself even though it too me longer. It is very expensive so I want to return it and they insist I not only take all the millions of pieces apart and stuff into the original box but I need to return it to a UPS office. Not easy since it weighs 60 pounds and I do not have a dolly or car. Amazon does not collect this since it is evidently and third party and must be returned by the buyer. I cannot so I am out $249 plus tax for an item I cannot ever use. To add to my complaint and warning it was ten days late on delivery to California because it sat in their warehouse for 8 days and never went anywhere no matter how often I asked where it was. Bad chair, bad delivery, bad company policy so buyer beware. This is the very first negative review I have ever written.. anyone want to buy a chair??
