Comfy and lumbar heating is awesome. Assembly was pretty straightforward and the hardware kit is well labeled. Only dislike I have is that the backrest only locks in one position, it is not spring loaded with resistance like other chairs. So you have to pick the degree of recline then lock it in place.

I love the size of the chair and the functionality of it, it reclines nicely and further than a lot of chairs, and it was extremely easy to assemble. The price was great also. The only issue I have is that the seat feels like it could be a little more cushioned and I had the chair about 2 weeks and the heat and vibrate function stopped working. Contacted the company and they offered a partial refund, or I could send it back for a full refund. For ease, I chose the partial refund. Other than that the chair is great
