I’ve used multiple office chairs in the past but this one stands out. This chair is exactly what I needed—wide, sturdy, and very comfortable. The seat is roomy with great cushioning, and the lumbar support makes a huge difference for long hours at my desk. The adjustable armrests are soft and easy to position, and I love the reclining feature with the footrest— It reclines upto 165 degrees and with the footrest opened, it feels like a recliner in my office. You can change its height with the flap underneath the seat cushion. The chair is solidly built and can easily carry weight upto 400 lbs. The PU leather is easy to wipe clean, and the build feels solid with no wobbling. Assembly - It took me about 15-20 minutes to assemble. This chair is very strudy5and well built. It looks very professional as well. I'm very heavy set (5'4" 245 lbs and I can sit very comfortably as it's wide and sturdy. It rolls with ease as well. Eastly assembly. Less than 30 minutes with 2 people. One person could handle this. The only exception was,the assembly of the foot rest aszexplained below.I was a little disappointed with two things 1. The screws for the footrest are way to short (yes, I was using the correct ones). So we just left the foot rest off rather than send it back or wait on longer screws. 2. I ordered the color brown but it's more like a mauve color. Definitely not the brown I'm used to. Neither of these are a deal breaker. But if you're paying 250.plus for a chair you expect it to be as advertised. Can't speak on comf9rt just yet as we just assembled the chair, but I'm guessing with the pillow for lumbar support, this will be comfortable. Even with the "off" color and the screws for.the footrest not being long enough I still would recommend this item. I really couldn’t be happier with this office chair! I received it 7 days ago and set it up the moment I got it, and this is how I feel so far. From the moment I sat down, I could tell it was built with comfort and durability in mind. The extra wide seat is a game changer plenty of room without feeling cramped. The adjustable armrest are super comfortable and easy to customize, which really helps reduce shoulder and wrist strain during work. One of my favorite features is the 160 recline is perfect for quick breaks or just leaning back to relax. It feels sturdy and smooth, not flimsy at all the only thing I’d say is to be carful leaning forward because you’ll tip over the chair (had to learn that the hard way lol). I’m really happy with this chair. It’s sturdy, has a wide and comfortable seat, and feels very supportive, especially for someone who needs a big & tall design. The padding is thick and doesn’t feel cheap, and the high back gives great support during long hours of sitting. The recline feature is smooth, and the built-in footrest is a huge bonus when I want to relax or stretch my legs.
