Ordered this in February '22 but just got around to getting it installed because of some remodeling delays. Fireplace works wonderfully and puts out heat efficiently. That janky remote though. Thought maybe it was just the battery so changed that out. Nope. Just a bad remote I guess which is a bummer because that is the only way to control the flame color change capabilities. We spent the extra for the color changing and since we're now outside of the window for product support, we're stuck with the orange only. Guess it's a good thing it didn't come pre-programmed to purple!?! ... show more

Love the look of this fireplace. You can choose either the crystals or the wood. We thought the wood looked pretty real compared to others we looked at. The heat works great too. Very cozy.

This fireplace was perfect. It was the right size. I did not use the crystals because I wanted a real fire look. I haven’t needed to use the heater part, but it does work. I love this fireplace!!!! It was a good choice.

So easy to use and the flames are so realistic! I love that it came with faux logs and crystals so you can use either or both together like we did! We had a handyman build the surround out of wood spray painted black and the unit is sitting on a secured wood base so we can easily pull out the unit as needed. So far no issues with the fact that there isn’t much room above the unit like the instructions say. There is space behind the unit so we figure it can circulate the air as needed so it doesn’t overheat. Overall, the quality and look exceeded our expectations! ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Solo un detalle para poner las piedras dentro tienes que abrir el cristal completo po lo que para ponerlas tiene que esta afuera de la estructura y otro detalle cuando quitas el cristal donde está el táctil hay unos muelles están pegados con cinta de doble cara lo cual deformo uno de los muelles pero no fue nada grave solo lo coloque para detrás y el táctil continúa trabajando bien aún no e terminado el trabajo pero e estado probando el equipo y funciona bien solo que cuando lo encienden se siente olor a quemado pero creo que es la resistencia porque solo es al principio ... show more
