I love my corner under the stairs. I needed a desk that would not obstruct the opening of the door in the wood paneling and this was just the right dimension. It was very easy to install. I’m 59, female, and did it by myself. I carefully laid out all the parts, making sure nothing was missing, then assembled it in about an hour. I looked at a lot of sit/stand desks and treadmills before making this purchase. I specifically wanted to be able to use them together. I wanted them to be economically priced, compact, and user friendly. This fits the bill. Pros: Relatively easy assembly if you have any experience putting stuff together. Looks nice and fits perfectly with my new walking treadmill. Controls are easy to use and motor seems quick and smooth. I like the drawer to store a few small office supplies and my treadmill remote. Cons: I have to use it at its highest setting and it feels a tiny bit wobbly, but not unstable. The wood desktop has some chips on the edges but Amazon was very helpful with that. This desk does what I need and works well with my walking treadmill to get in some steps while working at home. I love the compact size and the drawer is great. The cable management is good in theory and the hangers are great for my power strip and headphones. This was a great purchase. ... show more

This table is just what we were looking for. I was looking all over for an ADA accessible table/desks for my father who’s in a wheelchair. The cheapy little hospital bed tables they supply in long term care facilities are small, flimsy and you can’t get your legs, feet, or the wheelchair under them; however this table/desk is amazing. The adjustable height is perfect for getting just the right setting with a wheelchair and if someone needs to make adjustments as their physical abilities decline. The width is the correct clearance for a wheelchair underneath the table, and the surface area of the table top provides plenty of room for eating, reading and having things at arms reach- all necessary when someone is wheelchair bound. This will make eating so much easier for my father now that he can roll right up to the table and eat, with his ergonomic needs now met. This table is also very sturdy, and if he started to fall asleep at the table, we’re not worried if he wanted to use it to rest on, as it will hold his weight just fine. Assembly was easy and it did take two people to load into the truck for delivery to my father once assembled. He was so very excited to finally have a work surface to eat at and not have to lose his plate off his lap or miss getting food to his mouth because the plate was not close enough to him. We added the wheels to this table and it easily rolls on hard surface laminate. Thank you for creating this amazing table/desk and restoring someone’s dignity! Five stars!! ... show more

    • Sturdy and Economical option for a standing desk with electronic height adjustment.

Great price for a stable desk with electronic height adjustment. Been using daily for 7+ months and adjust the height 2-3x per day, and everything is working like it should. Straightforward to assembly. It's on carpet and I don't move it around, but mobility isn't something I bought it for. The casters work OK on short pile carpet for when I have to move it a foot or two to clean - but I wouldn't recommend rolling it around daily unless it is on a hard floor. Stability is great. I use mine at the higher range of the height setting and have no issues typing and writing without any noticeable movement. I added a monoprice under desk cable tray which makes it very easy to hide cords and keep it looking neat. Also added a sliding keyboard/mouse tray under the desk (replaced the drawer that shipped with it) to allow me have the desk a little higher with more open surface for writing. Not necessary and not something I'd have paid for if I didn't have the keyboard tray already. Finally - built a full width monitor riser (like a mini-hutch) that puts the monitors about 7" higher than the desk surface and allows me to slide my laptop under the monitors to keep it out of the way. If you have a monitor stand that wouldn't be necessary, but I found that I needed my monitors higher to avoid neck strain of looking down when I had it set at the height necessary for the keyboard/mouse. ... show more

Very heavy, solid piece of furniture. Moves up and down without sound, so much better on the body than sitting all day. Nice rack in the middle/back to keep your cords and power boxes tidy. Came with four Velcro cord wranglers. Got this instead of a desktop set for two reasons: 1) the space it would have required. 2) the up/down mechanism was manual and would have put undue stress on an already damaged shoulder. I like that this raises and lowers at the push of a button, and I can set 4 memory settings. Was able to attach dual monitor arms with ease. Took off one star for design: a) no cord hole pre-drilled into the desktop; b) the edges of the desk are quite sharp and scrape against my arms. Ended up getting stick-on baby-bumper foam edging to protect my skin, making it impossible to open/close the tiny drawer. Would recommend, if these issues are not too cumbersome for you. ... show more
