This replaced a couple year old Saluspa Miami, same size model. This is definitely an upgrade. This one has an outer shell on both the tub and the cover which makes it feel more solid, both when in and out of tub. Easy set up, quick heating of water and maintains well. The water temp is maintained better than the other model while the bubbler is running. The cover is less floppy when handling, which makes it easier to take off/put on. I appreciate that this model has Freeze Shield, which theoretically makes it usable to outside temps of 12F. The size fits our space and needs well...usually just my 6ft husband and 5'2" me, but we have had 3-4 normal size adults at times, and there is enough room.

Not bad once you get used to it. Filter clogs quickly sending an error message to the filter, which stops the heating process. You can't even tell anything is in the filter, it just needs to be rinsed. Definitely a 2 person spa unless people are extremely tiny. Good when you do not want to spend thousands of dollars.

Directions a little tough to follow. Had to open app for video. The touch pad seems a little sensitive or non-sensitive...not always responding at first touch, has required unplugging at times to get it to respond. This I hope doesnt lead to future problems with temp control or other commands.

This review is about the manufacturer not the seller. Pump stopped working after 6 months. Tried to put in a warranty claim with manufacturer. Did so on site and claim disappeared. Company told me their system was down for 4 days and to renter after 4 days. . I tried to renter after 4 days and my login was disabled. Sketchy. Now I am out $550. Would not recommend.

The media could not be loaded. About a month and a half in - freaking love it. Way way sturdier than I expected - and I’m 6’3” and 290lbs. Use the right chems, clean the filter as directed, allow some time or set the schedule in the app to heat to temp prior to a soak and its money. Both myself and my lady have back issues and had prior surgeries so it’s been heaven. Bubbles aren’t the same as jets, but feel surprisingly good on neck and shoulders. I bought a few extra filters so we can just swap them out real quick. Easier for my GF if I’m gone. Only issue we had was grandma bumped the cord and unplugged it while we were out of town. Got a little green and cloudy after 3 days. Fixed the green with chems but the cloudy didn’t go away even with clarifier so changed the water. No biggie and no fault of the spa. Just FYI. Tips….buy foam mats to put underneath. Get a flex hose with a quick connect and a valve for draining/filling and a good spray nozzle for cleaning the filters. I used two hoses to filll / one with cold water from hose bib and the other with hot water from the shower using a 1/2” NPT 3/4” GHT adapter. Start with cold water so you don’t damage plastic. It takes a long time to heat the first time so that’s how I cheated after changing the water. Lastly, buy some exfoliating shower gloves and a little net - I go in once a week to soak and clean at the same time. Even if this thing was only good for a year I’d still give it 5 stars and buy another.
