I’ve bought a few different pools over the last 13 years in three different brands. Each time I was super impressed until I bought this one. It had 4.5 stars and I didn’t look much further… until… the shipping kept getting postponed, the shipper didn’t follow through on their delivery instructions leaving my pool sit outside in the pouring rain because they never called like they told me they would so I could open my garage door. When I looked at the package sitting in the pouring rain the holes in the box were irreparable and the rain only made it worse. We didn’t know if parts were missing or not due to the size holes and we couldn’t guarantee the pool wasn’t punctured. After the shipping incident I looked further into this pool only to discover my issue wasn’t unique. Then more research and reviews left me looking for problems at every turn. The vinyl for this pool is by far the thinnest I’ve had and it’s the most expensive pool I’ve bought. I’m terrified something trivial is going to puncture this thing or the sides are going to burst open like other reviews. If that happens to me I will update my review. So far I can only comment what I have noticed. This pool doesn’t have a skimmer to get the bugs and stuff out of the pool. The water tubes connecting the filter to the pool are thin and leak constantly. The liner (aka the pool) is thinnest I’ve had yet. The ladder like other reviewers have said is already rusting and I take mine in and out of the pool as we use it (it’s a safety thing for me and we’ve done this with all of our pools and previous ladders) this is the worst. Steps don’t feel secure but so far none have broken. But the metal is rusting somehow! I noticed today while cleaning there was already a rusty spot on the metal top poles of the pool. No metal has touched this pool due to other reviews I was very diligent. There is no reason for that it just is appearing?! That’s weird but again other have commented this happened to them so I’ve been looking and keeping an eye out. Again all the other pools and I’ve left others out over the work yet covered and uncovered and NO RUST. This pool has been up a month plus a week and is rusting seeming out of nowhere. This pool should not be sold and absolutely not for more than $100! Updated (8-24-23): RUST EVERYWHERE! The poles on the top of the frame of this pool is rusting everywhere! The ladder is rusted so bad I don’t know why or how but it’s aweful! This pool does not retain any heat and I keep it covered with a solar cover like I have every other pool. This is the WORST! We can’t even give this away at the end of the year and we are lucky it lasted the summer but I wouldn’t let my kids rough house for fear of the whole things falling apart! Everyone asks why this feels so much weaker than our others! EVERYONE! It’s aweful! Buyer beware ... show more

Pump can not filter this amount of water, runs very poorly. Suction coming in and going out are not enough to handle this sz pool

This pool was a replacement after the first pool we ordered got lost in shipping. Amazon was great about sending a replacement quickly and it was moderately easy to put together with help. My kids are enjoying the pool very much and use it daily.

We are really enjoying our pool, however the filter pump that came with the pool is not big enough to filter. So we will have to buy a bigger pump. Otherwise the pool looks great, quality is good. I would give this at least 4 stars but due to the pump I'll have to give it 3.5

Overall the pool seems fine. Once we got the ground prepped, putting the pool together was relatively easy. However, the frame is easily scratched and the feet of the ladder has already rusted (installed less than 2 weeks ago).
