This is my first time owning a pool. The set up was easy. It did take 3 people and definitely took longer than the “45 minute set-up” claim. It’s been up for 3 weeks. The filter works well. I didn’t have the filter plugged up for a week because I had to get a special cord. The filter isn’t supposed to be plugged into an extension cord, but I had no choice. I got a 10 gauge, heavy duty, outdoor cord and monitor it closely. However even after a week without filter running, it quickly cleared the cloudy water. (With chemical help) One complaint: The pool cover absolutely does NOT fit. It is extremely small. The filter can float on top but doesn’t cover the edges. ... show more

I can't believe how easy this was to put together. The ground preparation was the biggest challenge -- it needs to be level and on sand. But otherwise, we did that, and assembled the pool in one afternoon. And swam that night! Super easy to put together. I wish that a ladder had been included but luckily we saved the one from our last pool. This pool is deep! It doesn’t include a filtering system so that was an extra expense. The thickness of the liner is perfect. It seems to be a good quality pool.

Delivery was fine, the set up was fine. However, when it came time to put the pool cover, it did not fit, too small. Also, measured the area for sand base for a 13ft pool. However, when it came time to set it up, the pool was about a foot passed the sand, leading me to believe they sent me a 14ft because the pool pad underneath is 15ft and theres about a foot of it that the pool does not occupy but should be 2 ft. Not an issue luckily because we had wiggle room for an extra foot. Also, no instructions on how to build the ladder, had to look up a video of someone building it on YouTube. ... show more

Ok,let's get down to it. My pool arrived box damaged, parts damaged and pieces missing. The company without verify via photos or verifying missing parts began to offer me a discount to keep the pool. Hysterical. Oh and legal jeopardy. So lets fast forward to the warranty. Be mindful warranty's are based on the common denominator. The pool liner comes with a 3 month warranty so the BS around the 3 layers has a common failure rate at 3 months. The filter was obviously made better and last a year, LOL what good is a filter if the liner can't hold water. Hold it gets better. Per the instructions which come in 24 languages pertaining to risk and injury (hello red flag) read as follows, drawings for illustration purpose only. may not reflect actual product. Not scale. So you are expected to set up the pool with instructions not for your pool and photos not for pool knowing that the risk injury needed to be put in 24 languages. But wait it gets better. Each footings has to be put on a level surface. Aka per instructions a timber board. Aka not included. The board must not touch the liner. Impossible to active based on institutions which may or may not be your product. Lol hold it gets even better. Instructions say nothing about a level yet you need one. To level the surface per the instructions you must dig out the earth. The pool can not be set up on sand or gravel. Mud again it says sand, soft or loose soil or tar are not acceptable.... Are you keeping up..... This is literally I the instructions which is written to avoid legal ramifications says you have virtually no surface known to man to place this on...... Then it says grass is not an option. Not a single item in my entire part discription is accurate because my pool size doesn't exist. Lol so this alone vitos all legal risk the company is trying to avoid. My pool I ordered is not mentioned. Hysterical. This company is a disaster and if you buy the pool do not be scared. In the event the pool fails I found 42 failures in instuctions which favor you and not the company. Pool is a joke and obviously a risk. ... show more

Exactly what it says 15x48 pool. It was easy assembly we have had pool for years we never level anything or put sand down we just put it up. This was replacing our old pool. It only comes with the pool as it states. No filter no hoses nothing. It didn't even come with the inlet covers for the filter holes. But I bought those for 25 bucks kn amazon. We already had the ladder. A filter hoses and skimmer. Great buy. ... show more

Easy set up, I did add a different pump and sand filter as another reviewer suggested for $140, and I added a $50 wide mouth skimmer. Well worth the investment, overall with the skimmer, pump/ sand filter, and accessories, I'm in this about $700. A much better and cheaper alternative than the $10-20k for a proper above ground or in ground pool ... show more
