  • Awesome pool for the price but you MUST buy the Intex 2500 GPH pump
Size: 14' x 48"
Awesome pool for the price but you MUST buy the Intex 2500 GPH pump for $105 dollars. The pump that comes with this pool is garbage and does not work well at all. You must absolutely buy the intex 2500 GPH pump because it is a beast and works brilliantly with this best way pool. The pump is only $105 and then you buy the Intex adapter which is $5 for two of them and you absolutely need the adapter for it to work with this pool. But once you get it the setup will be fantastic. Pool liner is strong and it looks great it's tall. It's easy to put together but the pool cover has holes in it on top there's four holes and I hate that feature. By the plastic clamps at Lowe's for $14 to help put the pool cover on makes a huge difference on ease. If you do not plan on buying the Intex pool pump then don't even bother buying this pool because the pump that comes with it is garbage. ... show more

  • Good pool
Size: 15' x 42"
Very easy setup and nice pool quality. Pump I would highly recommend upgrading due to it not enough circulation capacity for bigger pool.

  • Absolutely Wonderful Recreational Accessory
Size: 15' x 48" - Gray
I have read several reviews and have no idea which planet a lot of the reviewers are living on. I bought my pool last summer, the first I have ever owned and maintained either above or in ground. As a complete rookie yearning for a cheap way of cooling off in a searing summer climate (central Georgia), I was skeptical about a $500 apparatus with a flimsy-looking pump. I assembled it quickly, filled it with a garden hose, put a $30 floating plastic module with chlorine capsules in it, and... VOILA! I have not put a drop of water in it since first filling, nor has the water been anything but crystal clear for the last 10 months. A cheap hand skimmer with an extendable paint handle is a must when the water gets too cold for immersion. But it suffices to remove pine straw, pollen, bugs and debris. Cleaning the pump filter by using the rubber plugs in the intake/outtake ports and spraying with a garden hose is an easy task. Hoses tend to spring leaks at their flexion points, but a coating of silicone quickly solves that issue. I have yet to install the cover for any reason. All in all a STEAL OF A DEAL for those in warm climates (I have used mine in 8 of the 12 months), but I'm not sure about how it would hold up (or be drained and disassembled) in areas of severe winters. ... show more

  • Worth it
Size: 15' x 48" - Gray
Day 3 so far so good. Some concerns but so far set up was easy and filling took 1 day . Leveling the ground took hours of back breaking labor for my boyfriend, but putting the actual pool up took about 45 mins for 2 people. Yard is destroyed but that will grow back . A pool pad for underneath is a must to protect the liner. Keep the filter clean and order a couple replacements. ... show more

  • If you deal with this company you will "pay"!
Size: 14' x 42"
One Star? They don't even deserve that! We ordered the Bestway Steel Max Pro 14' X 42" pool from this Seller and immediately got busy tilling and leveling an area of our back yard. We worked extremely hard to prepare for our new pool arrival and looked forward to cooling off and enjoying the water on these hot SW Florida days. However, when the pool arrived via FedEx it was clear that the box itself had been pretty beat up during the shipping process. But, I figured as long as all of the contents were there that I could disregard that fact. We laid down the extra thick 15 ft pool matt that I had ordered by REGMICS (which is VERY nice btw) and anxiously began the assembly process. We immediately noticed that the ladder, once assembled, was ridiculously small and designed for children..., NOT for adults. To give you an idea..., I am 5'5" and weigh 123lbs and I could barely fit my hips over the top of the ladder. The filter is also inadequate so you would need to purchase something more powerful than the one that comes with it. The pool cover is a joke and is very cheaply manufactured as well. And they call this a "Pool Kit". Don't be fooled. The liner, legs, and rails I would give 2.5 stars. The footings that support the legs seem to be a durable plastic, but PLASTIC just the same. UGH! Once it was all assembled and we began to add some water, we noticed that it STILL wasn't perfectly level and after reading all about the importance of leveling correctly and considering how cheaply this pool was manufactured, the ridiculous ladder designed for young children, and the inadequate filter, we decided we should give up and return the item since the pool did come with a return option. After all, we had just invested $438.00 + tax to have a summer pool and we simply were not happy with the quality of it's construction. So, we began the deconstruction THE VERY NEXT DAY which started with emptying the little bit of water we had already added which was about one foot. THAT.... was a nightmare! The drain design is placed at the very bottom edge of the liner and it takes FOREVER to empty! It's a darn good thing that we'd only added a foot of water! Once it was completely empty I climbed back in to wipe out any remaining water and we dissembled the rails, legs, footings, etc and allowed the sun to finish completely drying the liner of any remaining moisture. We returned all the pieces to their original boxes they had been packed in, took apart the ladder, folded the liner (which is very heavy) and repacked all parts back into the ORIGINAL Pool box which was a huge task in itself but we got it done and the packing looked great. I secured the box with plenty of packing tape because the box had arrived in such poor condition and at this point I was far beyond disappointment and figured I would do my absolute best to return it in good order in anticipation of a full refund. If you do not already know, FedEx primarily only uses drop off points such as Walgreens, Dollar General, some banks, etc and these places DO NOT take returns that weigh this much so we had to drive 40 minutes away to a drop site. Another pain in the A**! I collected our receipt for drop off and returned home to inform the seller, and at that time I was informed that once the item (pool) was received back they would issue a refund. I was finally satisfied with that! But, now we have a tilled area of our backyard and NO POOL, UGH! Looking out there hurts because we destroyed the grass that we DID have and we'd either have to purchase sod or lay down new soil and add grass seed for new growth or... try..., try..., again! So, after much contemplation and the fact we'd already done the hard work, we decided to give it another go but this time we opted for a smaller version of this same pool that does NOT include a ladder and purchase a better quality filter and make darn sure that the ground is 100% level! Since the next pool was smaller, I carefully and meticulously trimmed the BRAND NEW POOL MATT down to fit the diameter of the next pool. I know I could have returned it as well and have ordered a smaller version BUT the next pool was expected in just a few days and I didn't want to have to put off reassembly and the trimming turned out well and we await the arrival of the smaller pool which was expected 4/28/26 (just a few days away). After about a week of waiting for my bank to show a refund deposit of $438.00 which I paid for the first pool, I received a "message from the seller" which informed me that they were only going to refund me $219.00 and that the difference was because they charge a REPACKING FEE! A Repacking fee of TWO HUNDRED NINETEEN DOLLARS!!!! HALF the price of the POOL!!! By now I was absolutely FURIOUS and I let the seller know it. I immediately contacted Amazon customer service and thoroughly explained everything to them and thankfully Amazon is in the process of making up the difference for me and they agreed that this is unacceptable. THANK YOU AMAZON! But what a freaking hassle this whole thing has been! Assembling, then immediately draining and disassembling a new 14' X 42" pool in the hot sun in SW Florida, repacking, and spending an hour on the phone trying to find a FedEx drop off site that accepted the weight of the package, and ultimately being told by Spreetail (the Seller) that they would only refund HALF what we paid, was NOT at ALL what I expected. The final kick in my butt came this morning...., the new pool, which was supposed to have arrived yesterday now has an "estimated delivery" for May 4th... another week! Heck by the time it arrives we may have had enough rain fall that the new grass will emerge from the tilled and leveled area of the back yard. My advise? Avoid this seller!!! And be careful of ALL Third Party Sellers on Amazon because each one has their own "return policies" and some, like this one, are completely unfair. Look elsewhere. ... show more

  • Nothing fancy but does the job well!
Size: 15' x 42"
We bought this pool in July 2023. We took it down the first winter because we wanted to level the ground a little more. Next winter left it up and prepped it for winter, and then used it in the summer, was perfect, no issues. Took it down this year (2025) because I messed up the water (long story) and we will put it back up in May. We live in central Indiana so our winters are really unpredictable but so far I’m extremely impressed and happy with this pool. Filter is good for the size, and for the people that say the filter is garbage that just means you’re not using it correctly and changing your filter when you’re supposed to. It’s very simple to use set up and take down. I highly recommend this product! It’s just me and my husband, so it’s great for cooling down after a long day working in the yard or if you just want to chill and float around. Love this pool. It’s my favorite part of our yard!! ... show more
