This hot tub was incredibly easy to set up and is just as simple to maintain. It’s the perfect size for my space and has become my favorite way to unwind. Honestly, I couldn't be happier with this investment.

The media could not be loaded. Edit 11/22/25: I’ve only had this hot tub for 3 months and it gives an error code at random- it doesn’t matter if I’m actively using it or not. And when that happens, it beeps nonstop until you either unplug it or reset it- and it stops working. There was no heavy use- maybe every other weekend, but even if I did use it daily, there’s no reason why I should be receiving an error code. So far, so good. The instructions could’ve been better; it was just pictures. Other than that, it didn’t take long to put together or fill. It fits between 3-4 adults of average size, not 6, as advertised. The bubbles and intensity is great and the temp reaches to 104, but it isn’t sustained at that temperature. The temperature of the water decreases the longer you stay in it.

This is a good little spa but it only reaches 101 even though it reads 104 I tested the water temp and it was 101 so it not accurate.the other problem is it takes along time to heat up and my electrical bill doubled when I ran it so I'm not using it anymore can't afford to

This was purchased to replace one that pump had went bad. This model is so much better! Very sturdy taller side walls, padded bottom for comfort. Short ppl might need a seat. Comes with winter insulator. Hold heat well so far. We’ll see how It is when the cold weather hits.

I didn't have high hopes for this when purchasing, but it is pretty dang nice! The only reason for giving it 4 stars is because the heating will be working great and then the next time you use it, the temperature seems to be a lower but says it is still the higher temperature. For the price and ease of use its pretty hard to beat even if there is that little glitch.

Based on some of the reviews, we decided to go forward and try this hot tub. We knew going in that being a 110 power base, it would probably struggle with heating issues. However, many reviewers maintained the unit is able to increase the heat while cover is off and tub is being used. We found this was NOT true. Even in 60 degree weather, the tub is unable to increase the temp. Once the covers are off, it only decreases in temp. It can't even maintain the temp. Additionally, the heating/pump unit is extremely sensitive and shuts off even after rinsing the filter regularly. Also, the pump stays on constantly. Finally, the filter for the tub is extremely dense and and requires daily rinsing or replacing. Would not buy again.
