This was purchased to replace one that pump had went bad. This model is so much better! Very sturdy taller side walls, padded bottom for comfort. Short ppl might need a seat. Comes with winter insulator. Hold heat well so far. We’ll see how It is when the cold weather hits.

after only a few uses the spa split at the seem. when I contacted the seller not only did they not try to help me fix it or exchange it they just said sorry we can't help you. bad business period!

We purchased this spa in October as an early Christmas gift. It’s perfect. We have used it practically every night except a few. Easy to set up and easy to take care of. Love that it comes with a thermal cover too.

Based on some of the reviews, we decided to go forward and try this hot tub. We knew going in that being a 110 power base, it would probably struggle with heating issues. However, many reviewers maintained the unit is able to increase the heat while cover is off and tub is being used. We found this was NOT true. Even in 60 degree weather, the tub is unable to increase the temp. Once the covers are off, it only decreases in temp. It can't even maintain the temp. Additionally, the heating/pump unit is extremely sensitive and shuts off even after rinsing the filter regularly. Also, the pump stays on constantly. Finally, the filter for the tub is extremely dense and and requires daily rinsing or replacing. Would not buy again.

Getting the chemical levels into appropriate range is definitely a learning process, and we had to drain and restart initially. But with regular care and more frequent filter clean/changes than I had anticipated, we are loving the hot tub! It holds temperature well, but does lose two degrees pretty quickly when we turn on the bubbles in ~45-55 degree weather.

We’ve had the hot tub for 6 weeks and it’s constantly going to “E02!” I have tried connecting to the internet without any results. I’m so frustrated!
