The media could not be loaded. Arrived on time. Set it up. We have used it like 3 times now and on the 3rd time the lights are not working. Super disappointed due to that was the WHOLE reason I purchased this particular one. Could have gotten one way cheaper but I wanted the lights. I’ll be tryna reach out for replacement lights Update: I was able to reach out to the company and they did in fact send me a new set of lights. Thank you guys!

A few years ago I owned a Bestway Spa and loved it so, when I moved, I bought another and what a waste of money. First, when the package arrived there were absolutely no instructions included so I went to the Bestway website to download a copy but the instructions that were supposed to be for this model did not match the spa I purchased, not to mention the print and images were so small and illegible that they were basically worthless. Then, like most people do, I went online to search for a video which I finally found one and managed to put the spa together using the instructions and video. Second, after getting the spa put together and filled with water, I set it on a low temp for a few days to make sure everything was working. By the third day, there was water puddling up around the pump. Thinking that I maybe didn’t get all the fittings tight, I checked them all, mopped up the water, then placed a towel around them to see if they leaked. Within a few minutes the water puddle was back but the towels around them fittings was dry. I mopped up the water again and the water started to come back so I gently lifted the pump up and water came out from underneath it. Third, I went to the Bestway website to see if I could get customer support only to find out that there has been an open recall on the pump since before my purchase. Fourth, the plug for the spa is so big that it will not fit into most exterior outlets that have a cover so, in order to plug the unit in, I had to modify the outlet cover in order to accommodate the spa plug. Fifth, the insulated cover that was included with the spa I purchased appears to be for a much smaller unit since there is a gap of, around 6” all the way around it. Sixth, I would love to return this spa, unfortunately, I stored the box beside the spa and it got ruined by the leaking water.

The media could not be loaded. All I have to say is…. HECK YES! 🙌🏼 Such a great addition to my back porch are. So easy to set up. Highly recommend Aqua Doc bromine inflatable pool chemicals. A little hard to figure out at first but you tub came to the rescue. You cannot use an extension cord FYI! So plan on hooking up to the house.

Love this hot tub! I’d say buy it. However, my only issue is, the main reason I bought it was for the lights. The remote to the lights quit working after a month. They sent me another remote, didn’t work… I will update if they send me new lights. Durable, good price, looks amazing with lights and holds heat ok. It does drop like 2 degrees after about 20 minutes though.
