The media could not be loaded. This thing is awesome, filled it up with hose water during a cold ny winter. Had to thaw the hose out first cuz it was frozen! The hot tub was easy to assemble and went from 45 degrees to 104 degrees in 36 hours! This is great considering the ambient temps were between 27 and 35 degrees Fahrenheit. I just tried it out and its so relaxing, I used chlorine but think I am going to use bromine instead so its gentler on my skin. Overall its great, sturdy and well made, very happy. Right out of the box after setting up and filling with air and water came out the next morning and it was completely empty of air. Do not buy do not recommend. This is my second one that did exactly the same thing shame on me for thinking the second one would be better.

    • Hot tub arrived damaged and would not hold air

It seems like it might be a good product. However, dealing with Bestway to get a replacement part was ridiculously difficult. They were having issues with there phone systems and "glitches" in their computer systems. Hours and hours of wasted time, only to find out they are out of stock of the replacement part that is damaged. They will not send a new set (these are in stock) they will only send a replacement part. They have no idea when a replacement part would become available again. I asked if we are talking months or years to get a replacement, they simply did not know. They are probably out of stock because they do not do ANY quality control on their products. What an awful customer experience, from a company "Bestway" that does not stand by their products or even care about their customers. I disagree with the name of this company, this is not the "Bestway", at least for us, the customers. Bestway asked to please do not return to amazon, as this impacts them negatively for some reason. But what other choice does one have? Amazon made the return so easy and efficient! Thanks Amazon! If you order one of these hot tubs, I really hope you get one that is not damaged! ... show more

The filters stop your pump a lot. Even after clean water is put in. Also could use better directions for the use of the chemical connector.

I’m surprised at the negative reviews. I’ve had my Saluspa almost one year now and have loved it. It works as advertised. Mine has stayed completely inflated with no problems! The water remains at 104 degrees which is cooler than I’ve heard traditional spas are at 125 degrees but I find that to be inconsequential - I actually like the slightly cooler temp because it allows me to stay in the spa longer. After about 6 weeks the removable filter element did clog and the spa shuts down until the filter is cleaned or replaced. I cleaned mine. About 2 weeks later, the filter system shut down again and I figured that it was time to replace the filter which is inexpensive. I ordered two more filters from Amazon but misplaced them- so guess what? I’m still using the original filter now for almost a year! I do have to clean it about every 2 weeks by taking it out and blasting with a hose. This spa is worth every penny for the enjoyment at low maintenance that it provides .. You do have to invest in chlorine tablets to keep the water clear and your pump system happy. That too is relatively inexpensive- about $50 for the year or more depending on your preferences amongst the many different choices of spa maintenance. ... show more

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT! The hot tub arrived with a hole in it so did not stay inflated. There is no opportunity for a refund or way to contact Bestway support. Their website does not list support phone numbers, the number I found online was no longer in service and their Contact Us form leads to an FAQ page. Note: I have bought hundreds of products through Amazon and I've never had such a terrible experience ... show more
