This fits several people, it is bigger then I thought. We've had it 3 days it still hasn't reached 104 yet but we are hoping for the best. Very sturdy and holds weight if you sit on the sides. Easy to assemble but did look up YouTube video instead of reading the very small manual.

We used this product for about 3 months and could not be happier. Like any hot tub, you need to learn about the chemicals needed, but that turned out to be easy. We were going to buy a regular hard sided hot tub and discovered it was questionable if our electric service would support it. While we waited for the electrical upgrade we decided to buy this. We love it and have zero intention of spending a ton on a hard sided one. We are seasonal and for the summer, we drained and deflated the tub and put it inside. We now don’t have to worry about critters moving into it! The electric use is really minor. This was a great purchase!

Panel doesn't work after attempting to connect wifi. I have to turn panel off and back on in order to change temps or turn on air bubbles. Customer service impossible. Might hear back in a few days. You can't use the actual phone # to talk to anyone. You get a message to go on website for issues. Worthless! The tub itself is fine. It works as a hot tub. Cheap version of a hot tub, but it works for what it is. Good luck connecting wifi even if you are a attempting 2.4G, which is the only option. Lost air after 3-4 days. I think some boys were sitting on the sides. Could be the issue. Had to drain to air back up. Not sure there is a way to do it when its full? Maybe use a different pump? Otherwise it's all connected to the main module and I'd rather not test it - whether water will come pouring out. It took me 2 days to reach 104F in my basement at 68F. Can't imagine keeping it outside in the Cole. Like others have said, it would be near impossible to keep at temp, and air bubbles would suck the heat right out of it. Indoors, air bubbles while sitting in the tub drops the temps by 4-5 degrees F. Bubbles are strong. You will have some splash out of tub for sure. Even on low bubbles. Which is fine, although mine is inside on a foam mat. The cover is marginal with the inflatable piece on the inside. Cheap, effective. Holds heat I'm sure. Could have used foam based material for better insulation, but it would increase size of box and create shipping, logistical issues. Overall, not a bad idea. In reality, obvious limitations. It's a large baby pool with heat. Best of luck. Update: 2 weeks later, no response from Bestway or Seller?

I've had smaller inflatables. Still have one for camping. But this one is big enough to be in with people you aren't sleeping with. 4 people comfortable and 6 if it's family or really close friends. Possibly more if you are not our size. The bubbles are luxurious but not as turbulent as the smaller ones. I put interlocking foam matts under it and it help keep the heat significantly. Very pleased with this product in our climate and with our set-up.

The water took several days almost a week to get to temp. I live in Arizona so not like extreme cold definitely hot. Its winter here in the valley amd temps are not freezing or even close so no excuse. Be nice if the wifi connection worked. Red blinking light annoying. If it doesn’t work then shut it off until. Manufacturer should fix the issue before deploying the product.

This is one sturdy jacuzzi. Easy to set up 15 min. Every night after dinner we hop in and its such a treat. Our adult kids visits and uses it and agree it so spacious and comfortable.

Keep getting E02 error. Has trouble running filter, heater, and jets at the same time. Not sure if it is the pump that can't keep up or a sensor is bad. Either way, it's not working as expected. Customer service was horrible, didn't try to help at all, and their solution is just send it back and they will send a refund. So you will lose the cost to fill it, they cost of chlorine, etc. and good luck trying to get this back into the box. Even though this was brand new and the filter looked fine, I went ahead and changed the filter. It seems to be doing a little better, but if I had to do it all again knowing what I do now, between mediocre product and poor customer service, I would just stay away and try a different product/company.
