This is cheap junk. Avoid it. Also, on return they wrongfully did me out of 40% of my refund by falsely claiming that we had used the tub (we hadn't) or that there was something wrong with its condition (it was pristine from the box). Their attitude was not welcoming, very grudging.

After I inflated and it expanded and looked deflated I found it was normal after first use and temp change.. Whew. I cover with outdoor umbrella and make sure to shock it once a week. I’ll update with how long it lasts.

My husband and I couldn’t be more happy with the product! We’ve had ours for six months now. We recently had a large tree limb fall on it, and it’s still completely intact with no damage to it, running like a dream!! Everything you need to make a relaxing weekend. I was definitely skeptical on buying this due to the bad reviews I read. But I took the chance and couldn't be happier. Setup was easy. No leaks . One thing we did different was used a filter on our water hose , "see video" it's the filter you use for an RV . Only because we live were the water is extremely Hard. I definitely recommend. Hopefully it lasts a long time . We set ours up in the basement. So far so good . Will give another update after 30 days !! Haven't used yet. Waiting for it to Heat up . UODATE!! 3 WEEKS LATER !! STILL GOING STRONG, HEATS UP PERFECTLY, WE LOVE OUR HOT TUB ! HAPPY WITH THE PURCHASE! I DO RECOMMEND 100% I Like the fact this think drains itself , drys itself and deflates itself! Make sure you purchase everything you need to treat your hot tub including chlorine tabs.
