This is cheap junk. Avoid it. Also, on return they wrongfully did me out of 40% of my refund by falsely claiming that we had used the tub (we hadn't) or that there was something wrong with its condition (it was pristine from the box). Their attitude was not welcoming, very grudging.

Hole in it upon arrival which is a big pain in my ass *ok update.. no hole but the valves were loose. Worked fine and held air once we tinkered with it.

Lots of fun, with 2 small kids and no pool locally, it’s a fun cost effective place for me to relax and for the kids to splash around in a warm hot tub. Set up in about 15 minutes. -Don’t forget you’ll need chemicals and a way to measure them. -I recommend purchasing exercise polyurethane mats for underneath to add some “squish” protection. Highly recommended.

The media could not be loaded. No instructions on how to set up . Got everything together and it’s leaking water … I’m so disappointed): I know things like this happen but it’s just annoying .
