Very sturdy pool, took me about 3 Days to install it, putting on the side walls was a nightmare but I managed to get it nice and sturdy with the help of my wife and daughter, rest is easy to assemble and did it by myself, pool is not 100% level, I’m off by an inch or two but still very sturdy. The pool was pretty easy to set up following the instructions. It took a few hours with two people to get it setup. It has not leaked at all and still looks great. This is the first metal sided pool we’ve had with a liner and I would choose this style again. The sides have been stable and doesn’t wobble.

This pool is the biggest piece of junk I have ever seen! The bottom ring is smaller than the pool wall, then nothing on the top ring lines up. Finally got it up and filled and guess what, it’s leaking. Spreetail that we bought it from was great and refunded enough money to buy a new liner. But when we went to drain the pool, the backside of the pool had started bulging out and one of the legs was bent. We contacted Spreetail again and they arranged to pick up the pool and replace it. We had to take the pool down, repackage it and strap it to a pallet and get it to the side of the road for pickup. Got the supposedly new pool, had same issue with bottom ring and top not matching up. Put in the liner, which is supposed to have a seam right down the middle, nope, there was the seam that gies all the way around the pool and then had 2 seams, one on each side. The pool immediately had water running from underneath and again one of the walls began to collapse! This was definitely not a new pool with a new liner. Spreetail said for us to contact Bestway, I did and have never heard from them. I told them I had had this pool less than 30 days and wanted a refund. Spreetail obliged, again we sent the pool back and received a rapid refund. Instructions are crap, video is worse. Stay away from Bestway! Our grandchildren are disappointed but luckily understand

This product should be emblazoned with a huge brightly colored label that says YOU SHOULD PROBABLY HIRE SOMEONE TO ASSEMBLE THIS AND INSTALL THIS FOR YOU. I'm a fairly handy guy who has tackled all manner of home repair and improvement projects but setting up this steel wall above ground pool was nearly my Waterloo. The direction booklet and the video included in the product listing are basically worthless. The instruction booklet has half a dozen ambiguous pictures and not much helpful directions which would have been nice to reference when setting up the track. The video has these 2 teenage girls effortlessly setting the pool up except THEY SKIP OVER THE WHOLE DIFFICULT PART OF THE STEEL WALL ACTUALLY BEING SET UP. They start out with laying down the track on an astroturf studio set and then jump right to the liner installation! And the steel wall set up is one of the more crucial and frustrating things about this pool because if you don't get the tracks spaced exactly perfect where they meet up with the 'feet', you'll have a few inches of extra steel wall when you try to fasten the seam which is a bummer because you then have to start over. Instead of the tracks butting right up to the middle divider that are in these feet, they suggest a little spacing on each one but there's no specific measurement guidelines so you just have to guess after you've wrestled with this 200+ lb steel coil for awhile trying to get it in the track and line up the seam. Also the video references using parts and pieces that are not applicable to this pool model. And it's all fairly cheap plastic that keeps the steel wall in place which is prone to breaking, we damaged one of the feet right off the bat. We opted for a better beaded liner than what came with the pool and that installation was pretty easy. We're also using a different sand filter pump than what was provided. All in all it's a good looking pool and a fairly decent value but my review here is subpar because of the lack of good directions and the suggestion that the average person can tackle this. It's pretty laughable that the directions state the 'assembly and installation time is 2-3 hours with 2 people'. Just know what you're getting yourself into if you purchase this pool and good luck!

Got the pool back in January of 2026 as an upgrade from the cheap vinyl looking one and so far so good. Getting the pool was actually harder than I thought, I did had to call my parents for some help so 4 people is definitely needed to put the wall up. Pump isn’t so bad but definitely requires a lot of cleaning in the skimmer since it’s a small pump for such a large pool but it gets the job done if all your chemicals are good. I do backwash every other week to keep the sand in the filter cleaned and in good working shape. Pool is sturdy. I have not had any leakage from anywhere in the pool.

So far we love it! We’ve made it almost two summers with the pool and it’s holding up really well. The walls are sturdy and the liner is high quality. Minimal fading and no issues with leaks. We did upgrade the pump and add a heater to get more weeks out of it. I don’t think the pump it comes with is sufficient, but that may not be the case for everyone. Plenty big for two adults to be on floats. We had friends over and could fit 4 adults and a jumping kid pretty easily.

I love this pool and I’m happy with the way everything turned out. After having two Summer Waves pools over the course of 7 years, it was finally time to setup a hard sided pool that I can keep up year round. The sand filter/pump that came with the pool is too small in my opinion. I ended up purchasing a 3000 gph Intex pump/filter that does a great job. I also purchased a 25 guage, J-hook liner because I didn’t want to deal with the overlapping liner that came with the pool. In my opinion, the overlap liners are harder to install and the overlapping liner looks lawful on the outside of the pool. I was able to set the entire pool up by myself other than needing help bolting the 2 sides of the metal frame together. The entire build would have been easier with 2 people, but I managed to do it alone. There are a lot of good YouTube videos out there that show how to setup a pool. Also make sure your ground is level and that you put blocks down underneath the supports. I also purchased a good, sturdy ladder because the one that comes with it is flimsy.
