Why did you pick this product vs others?: This pool is super cool and much larger than what you would think. It definitely has the measurements on here, but I didn’t fathom inside my head. How big this thing actually was lol we couldn’t fill it up all the way because it’s a lot deeper than what my brain was even registering, even though I paid very close attention to the measurements. It is extremely easy to put together my friend and my 15-year-old were outside for about 30 minutes and Bam it was already done. It comes with a filter system however the instructions are extremely misleading and hard to understand. I just ended up finding some guys random YouTube video And he doesn’t even work for the company or anything, and it was the most informational video ever and within three minutes I understood 100% what to do and how to set it up. You can use sand or the chlorine balls definitely use the balls. I never heard of either or didn’t know how any of this stuff works so I went and bought the sand from Lowe’s and I regret it just buy the balls. It does come with a whole bunch of them and you can reuse them or even put them in the washer, but they’re so cheap. It’s not really that big of a deal but definitely do not get the sand. Just use the balls.

We replaced a pool we've had for the last 5+ years as it was starting to fray. This is the first Bestway product we purchased. I was very surprised that the set up and installation was far simpler than our last pool. I look forward to relaxing and swimming in the pool this summer. We bought it specfically because it would not have to be taken down in the winters as it is stated it would withstand cold weathers. So we are very glad for this feature. You'll notice we didn't use the ladder that came with the pool only because the former ladder did not last for the full years from the last pool.

Nice pool and easy set up but wish it came with a better latter had to purchase a better ladder since my girls fell off the other one because it was too weak and unstable

The product listing is misleading in several ways. First, the dimensions and pictures make the pool appear to be rectangular, but the actual pool is oval-shaped. Second, the listing states that it comes with a sand filter, but it actually comes with a paper/cartridge filter. Finally, the listing says the pool can be left up year-round, which I find very hard to believe. There is no realistic way I would leave this pool assembled through a typical Midwestern winter with freezing temperatures, snow, and ice. Overall, the product itself seems fine, but the description and picture needs to be much more accurate.

I’ve had mine set up for two weeks now and can say it’s been a great purchase. I spent more time leveling the area where it was going to sit than actually setting up the pool itself which only took me about 35-40 minutes. The ladder it comes with is flimsy and best suited for temporary use until you get something better. The pump and filter are ok but are probably too small for a pool this size. It also doesn’t include a pool pad so make sure you buy one before setting things up. Even with those minor downsides, if you’re trying to have a pool in your life on a limited budget this is definitely a good option to consider.

Pool size is ideal for our family of 4 while also leaving plenty of room if we want to entertain guests. The setup was seamless once we have the ground leveled. It took 3 of us to put it up quickly. It does bow as you fill it up so don’t be alarmed like I was. Once it’s filled you 90% capacity the pool is up and stable. Great value for the price already and we have only had the pool up and running for a week. The kids are in love.
