I went all out this year and got a cordless pool vacuum, a manual skimmer and this larger pump for my 14 foot above ground pool. So far my pool is very clean (6weeks in, 100 degree plus temperatures) and way less trouble than last year. I also got a pool cover but I have not used it because it heats the water like a sauna and the water is still clean. I live in the country so that is really saying something. The hoses need to be made stronger. The angle they have to bend hanging from the pool in this heat causes them to crack before the summer is over. So a thicker plastic/rubber combination or hose sleeves from the pool edge on the hose about 8-10" to help them not be so severely bent would be nice.👍 ... show more

We have a 10ft circumference circular pool and to keep the water from getting algae we needed a better pump! This is the one we got and it’s WAY better, stronger, and efficient. My 5 year old is obsessed with swimming and this has helped us have a great summer in the heat wave . I would recommend!

I sent the broken one back, and was still charged for the replacement pump. I paid twice. I send ups tracking number and was still charged for both ... show more
