We love this bathtub! It fits perfect in our master bathroom. This tub is excellent quality, has powerful water and air jets. The inline heater keeps the water warm as long as you have the water jets and lights on. We had the tub installed by contractors who were remodeling our bathroom. We also had a licensed electrician install the 3 separate electric lines to our electrical panel (recommended in the instructions by Woodbridge). Looks beautiful, no leaks, and well worth the money!

This is our portable hot tub now. We had to make some adjustments to get the power (rv park pole) but after finding a 50 amp to 3 15 amp splitter and 12 gauge cords. We have used it 4 times and everything functioned great. 145 pounds, one piece. 2 people makes it easy as for size.

We just got delivered our new jacuzzi, whirlpool hot tub. As far i could see it Looks great. We purchased The top of the line 59" long, I had already va vadcexoerience with another tub i just ordered, and the shiooi company cancelled the order without an explanation. This tub i made sure it had the most recent positive reviews . Delivery unbelievably fast 2 days/3 nights, and on time as promised by Anazon. Acrtder truck with 2 delivery guys, very cordial & helpful, ready to help. They began unpacking the box fir me to make sure it was what i gad ordered, and was in perfect condition. Overall , it appeared to be in perfect condition, not obvious damage, everything looks perfect, new. Has a faucet already attached,, digital display, and I could just screw on the handheld sprayer head. The tub was perfectly wrapped with bubble wrapper to prevent it from getting dqnaged.. Hopefully, is akso functional, ready for my husband to soak while seeping margaritas, LOL. .. .The rub had foam bars in the top to prevent it from danqgubgctye faucet and display. Heavy-duty corrugated corners of cardboard on the 4 sides to protect the body of the tub, , everything bubble wrapped all around . Inside was the manual, and spray head; Eventhing else is already installed. We pay extra for "delivery to any room of choice", however, i declined the service., Since The tub is bulky but not so heavy i figured we could eventually take it to the bathroom. Very lightweight, I was able to dragg the box closer to the corner my courtyard.. I could tell it was a very well made tub; after the box was opened, i could see the tub has a very effectively ergonomically Design. There is no much room in a 59" tub, to add features or have lots of spqce, specially a tub designed for one. The tub is 30" wide, no much room for a lot. Well, see... I can't wait to get it installed; eventhoug I'm not crazy about soaking in a hot tub, definitely I'll be testing this One, and will write a review about my experience.

This was for a bathroom renovation.The hot tub arrived on time. It functions as described and the heater is a really good and keeps the water hot. The lights are very relaxing and the tub is very comfortable. The air bubbles and whirpool jets work very conviniently and has different strength setting.I love it so much i am going to get another one for my tub and also got the woodridge smart toilet with voice control

Bathroom looks amazing with this tub. Easy to install as there is a lot of room under it for the electrical plugins and the plumbing is flexible tubing, so it fits easily. One thing I didn’t like, the fittings are all cheap plastic and all leaked. I had to silicone each fitting and rubber washer to keep it from leaking at the drain fittings. For the price, simple quality washers and metal end fittings would have been expected. The wife loves the air and jets! Nice tub. It’s $250 cheaper on the manufacturer website as of 9/1/18. FYI.

I bought a Whirlpool tub in March, but due to construction delays, we were only able to install it recently. When the plumbers checked the tub, they found that the water wasn’t staying full due to a drain leak. I contacted customer service, and they responded promptly, asking how I would like to resolve the issue. Their team was very helpful and kept in touch throughout the process. I was impressed with their fast response and support. The rest of the process went smoothly, and we’ve now installed the whirlpool. So far, the tub works great, and we’re really enjoying it. It’s reassuring to know that the company stands behind its product with excellent customer support. I plan to follow up in a year to see how the tub holds up in the long term, but for now, I just want to highlight how outstanding their customer service really makes a difference.

Beautiful but I had to send it back because I didn’t double check the measurements after looking at so many different ones. It wouldn’t go through the interior door. Amazon was great about the picking up and refund. I did call them to get the pick up scheduled because the random pick up message did not get it done. I carefully researched the measurements for the next one I ordered. Both were shipped in a good packaged box or I would not have re ordered the second one.
