I understand why it shouldn't be used on carpet because of keeping the cooling vents clear. My apartment carpeting is commercial grade with literally no height, so I thought it might be okay. That is until I read the safety warning sticker on the machine, must be used on hard floors only, with 8 FEET clearance on all sides. Are you kidding? I live in a 645 sq ft. apartment. I don't have a 16 ft x 16 ft clear area. I think maybe this information should be in the description.

It’ll change your life!!! It certainly changed mine! I work out quite often... when I’m not injured. Lol! At first I thought this was another fitness gimmick. Kinda like those old belt shakers from the 50’s. Boy was I wrong!!! I use it mainly for stretching and recovery considering I’m in relatively good shape and workout regularly. But... It’s been about a year since I really hit it like I want to due to a knee injury then a level 3 AC separation (shoulder injury). Getting back into the swing of things can be painful especially when you have a physically demanding job. The burn/pain can be a big deterrent. This device has basically removed that problem from the equation! Jump on for a session before you workout to loosen/warm up and again after you’re done to DRASTICALLY reduce the pain in your muscles and joints. I’d say it’s a 70-90% reduction. It shakes EVERYTHING! It takes some time figuring out how to shake the different muscle groups and joints... but when you do it is absolutely AMAZING. I can’t say enough about how this has changed the way I look at pushing myself. I’m not afraid that I’ll wake up the next day in extreme pain because this device works that well!!! I tell everyone I know. I bought one for my parents who are getting over injuries and have committed to being more active. It’s helping their flexibility, strength, and pain management. Even my grandmother who is in her 70’s and still goes dancing every Friday night uses it for her legs and feet. My buddy got one for his dad who is having circulation issues and numbness in his feet and it’s helping just by sitting in his chair with his feet on it. My buddy has shoulder and back pain himself and uses his on a regular with great results. My sister tweaked her back playing with my nephew and couldn’t sit, stand, or lay down for more than 30-40 sec without being in excruciating pain. I suggested she try shaking it out. The next day I asked how it was feeling and she totally forgot it even happened!!! The list goes on and on... but simply put... IT WORKS! Young & old, strong or weak. I bought this item for my father for Christmas. He opened it Christmas Eve and used it and loved it. Yesterday he could not get it to even come on. It is dead. I called best choice products to find that it is no longer under warranty. They offered me a huge 20 % discount on any of their items...I do not think I will need discount because I will not be buying any more products from them. Very disappointed. I have never wrote a bad review before but I thought other customers need to be aware of this product.

I’ve lost 20 lbs ( really) I’ve been using this for 8 months and weight has just fallen off. This just works for me. I feel the tingling after 5 min. I use it for 20-30 a day. My Doc asked me what I was doing. Now she ordered one. My mother in-law bought this one. My aunt is buying one. We got into talking about how I lost my weight during Thanksgiving dinner. I’ve now have sold at least 6 of these. It really works for me. I’m also watching what I eat. But this helped me. I’m 47 with a SCI so running isn’t something I can do. I can stand w/ help of wall. This helps me w/ muscles that are paralyzed plus blood circulating feel so good afterwards with the circulation where the fat is. This itches so good, I can tell the magic is happening! I recommend spending $88!

I am a 73 year old male. I LOVE THIS PRODUCT. The platform is very quiet. The resistance bands are quality. Enjoying this very much. I will be doing this every day and if it wears out I will buy another. The only thing they can improve on is the explanation of the Program settings in the manual. The Programs settings vary over the 10 minutes, but there is no list of the time and hz variation on the 10 program settings. You have to use each one to see which on fits your ability and desired stimulation. I had lost some weight before I got this machine and being 73 my skin was sagging some from the weight loss, I have noticed that the sagging has diminished a lot. It is a total body stimulation (massage). I like the fact that you can move your arms into different positions to shake different parts of your body with or without the exercise straps. i.e. hands out in front will shake the upper body, looking down will massage your shoulders and traps, turning sideways will effect other parts of your body, arms to the back, etc.. Straightening your legs to almost lock out will intensify your vibration. Width and angle of your stance also varies the effect. The straps definitely can give your shoulders and biceps a workout. Moving the hands to the front or back of the body with or without the straps vibrates different muscles. Experiment! I do pushups on the platform which really works the chest, and triceps. One caveat though, if you have balance issues, stand next to a wall or even better a high backed chair would be safest until your balance improves from using the machine. If you have replacement on knees or hips, I would ask your doctor about using this machine although the see-saw motion of the machine may not effect artificial joints the way a flat up and down machine would. Just a note of caution. Otherwise, GREAT MACHINE AND GREAT VALUE. Glad I got it.

This unit almost burned out house down. It was sitting in our living room not being used and not having been recently used and it suddenly started sparking and smelled like ozone. If my husband hadn't been there to unplug it it could have been extremely dangerous. It is broken now and we would be afraid to use it even if it wasn't. This happened less than 3 weeks after we got it.
