WARNING DO NOT BUY! Ripped off! Item has a 60 day warranty noted on the item’s page for the obvious reason that it will fail early. Treadmill stopped working and displayed on error message. Tried to troubleshoot it every way possible and nothing worked. Contacted the seller, Best Choice Products, and they told me the item is out of their 60 day warranty and they WILL NOT REPLACE OR REFUND. WILL NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN!!! Your company ripped one person off but hopefully this will save hundreds of people that read this from buying from your shady company!

Purchased this treadmill in November 2017. At first it met all our expectations, then in May 2018 the treadmill stopped abruptly while my husband was walking on it. The error code was "E8" Over load error - User may have exceeded max weight. The maximum weight for the product is listed as 250 lbs; my husband only weighs 150 lbs. Luckily, he was walking when the treadmill stopped; it would have been have very dangerous had he been running. On a regular basis, the treadmill now abruptly stops with this error after about 45 minutes of use. We called Best Choice Products customer support and were told this is a known issue, but because the warranty period had expired they would do nothing to remedy the problem. Buyers, please take note of this dangerous issue and do not buy this treadmill.

I've had this for 6 weeks and bought it to replace an old manual treadmill I had. The space it fits in, is about 5 feet long and it took only 30 minutes to put together. It has 5 speeds, a heart monitor, and start/stop as well as speed adjustment buttons on the handrails for convenience. There's a couple of cup holders. I use one for my drink and the other for my phone. I can also rest my tablet on the magazine holder. And the color...Pink!! Need I say more? If you're looking for something small, easy to use and super cute...this may be the treadmill for you!

I decided to buy a cheaper treadmill because I'd just be using it walking while I watched TV to add to my exercises periodically throughout the week. Everyone thought I was crazy since we have treadmills in the basement of our apartment building, but I said the heck with it. Well, it turns out I use it far more than I ever thought! It's small enough that it fits into my LR well. I run 5-6 miles per day, 6 days a week on it & it's still going strong. Granted, I did buy the 2-yr warranty so that puts my mind at ease with the fact that I'm using the crap out of it. I find I like to run more often and in the evenings, so having this in my own place makes it super convenient to do so! It's true it doesn't incline at all, but I didn't want that feature going into it. It has convenient buttons on both handle-bars for heart-rate monitor and speed adjustment so works well for left-handed people as much as right-handed. The only minor issue I've had with it so far is I periodically have to manually adjust the belt. It's super easy to do. I was more put-off by the fact that I had to continually adjust it as soon as I got it more so than having to do it at all. Since that first week of adjustments, I've only had to do it a handful of times so I call that a win. It still makes some odd noises sometimes, but runs just fine for what I need it to. I noticed before buying it that there were comments that this treadmill is ridiculously small. I can see where someone would say that (now, as far as it being only large enough for dogs... that's not true). I'm 5'3, fit, 120lbs (hopefully soon to be 110lb. with this bad boy) so it fits me just fine. However, if you are really overweight or tall, this wouldn't be the treadmill for you. The track is narrow and short. I have a short stride and it just about fits me so if you have a long stride from being taller, this wouldn't work for you. I'll be more than satisfied if this treadmill lasts me for 2 years considering the amount of use I'm putting it through. It's obvious that you're not going to get a highly innovative, comfortable, state-of-the-art treadmill you're used to at the gym for this price, but if you want a simple machine to keep you active for little investment, I highly recommend it. An added bonus: I throw a narrow cardboard box across the bars and set my laptop on it to use as a temporary treadmill desk when I'm working longer hours at home.

I bought this June 2017. It was working fine then at first, the dashboard plastic came off after 6 months of using the machine. (I only used it 1-2 times a week) Then, 2 picture as you can see in front of the fedel part came off last November. Not worthy to spend $200. ( Not safe either) When I contact the manufacture, sorry "no part can be replaced. Please throw it"

Very cheap and unsafe. I was running on it and then the ban got stuck and it started making a crazy noise. It wasn’t a weight issue I am 120lbs. Very cheaply made! Please don’t purchase. Very unsafe. Returned immediately, since waiting for my refund.

Well like others it came with a few scratches and dings on it but nothing major that effected product.It works fine It’s Nothing spectacular but I was looking for a small treadmill that fit in a small room and that’s what I got! The pink is super cute.The runway is short and I wasn’t used to that so just be careful and don’t stop for a sec as there isn’t much space and you’ll end up on the floor behind it lol.There is a extra speed button and stop on the handle bars.Listen if your looking for cute,smaller side,cheap no bells and whistles than this is your treadmill.Also there is no heart rate or incline but I knew this and not a big deal.
