I appreciate the strength and utility of this ladder for the price. Folds into a thin profile for ease of storage and can be deployed for use very easily. For me, this ladder was the perfect size to use when the stepstool is too short and my folding ladder is too large - great for a bunch of different household chores (e.g. changing overhead lightbulbs).

Needed an indoor step ladder with more than two steps, like my old one was, to reach higher light fixtures in the house. This particular one caught my attention due to being light weight and easy to store when not in use. It appears quite sturdy, max weight 330 pounds, and I like the fact that the steps themselves are wider allowing better support when using it. Overall I’m happy with this product and definitely recommend it.

The media could not be loaded. I was conflicted about what to rate this step ladder 3 or 4 stars) because it’s a good one (standard, as far as step ladders go) but it does have one major issue. PROS: 1) it’s a simple, no frills ladder - which is what I wanted so expectations met on that point. 2) really easy open/close function (I do it with one hand). I wanted to post a video demonstrating the open/close function but the system doesn’t permit posting more than 1 video per review 😏 CONS: 1) It is heavier than I expected 2) the big flop with this ladder is that it wobbles! I really don’t feel 100% confident using it but I needed it the day it arrived so I kept it. I guess I can just buy some rubber replacement tips for the legs at some point.

The ladder is a great buy for the money, I paid the full price without any discount. It arrived 2- days after ordered tightly wrapped in clear plastic, inside a huge box. Which was a good thing because it was left outside in the pouring rain on a back side of my house I've maybe seen once in four years. So kudos for posting the "left here picture" in the tracking area online even if initially I didn't even believe it was my yard. Lately there are many new/not trained weekend hire delivery people especially from the local Amazon warehouses. This ladder came from a local warehouse. And it is very heavy. I've given it five stars however I would return it for a lighter model IF Amazon didn't start their now "free return but not really free" policy. To put this huge heavy thing in my car, as if, drive to some Kohls store 30 miles away, lug it in, (actually I would need to leave it at the door then park, just perfect) wait in line, have some young kid roll their eyes at me as I try to explain yes I get it, you don't sell ladders, is not going to happen Amazon. But I'm guessing Jeff Bezos knows this.. it's why he can spend entire summers on his two yachts in amazing locals like Ibiza. I bet. The whole new Amazon return policy is bordering on fraud IMO. When placing the order it indicated "FREE RETURN". Nowhere does it say the buyer needs to bring/return the item/s ordered to some store at their own expense. And time and aggravation. The free return policy of items being picked from your home is over. Even when the item is still in the original packing with paperwork. And, you best be sure to have a functioning printer now. Apparently the shipper no longer brings the return label. This new return policy has been on every order I've placed in the last six- months. 25% of the Amazon Deal Orders I placed were shipped wrong. The wrong product. By them. As if someone (see new warehouse hire note ^^) just grabbed whatever and threw it in the box. I have $167.00 worth of wrong items which are currently keeping this ladder company on my floor until they sell for a loss on marketplace. I refuse to pay Amazon the $48.00 they want to return them if picked up by the shipper. The free return policy has always been the final decision making caveat in placing the order with Amazon to begin with. For me. Which is why Walmart same day delivery from store, or warehouse has now jumped to my number one online ordering place. And I buy everything online. I realized using Amazon had just become a bad habit. p.s. the ladder~ I am a woman on the short scrawny side which is why carting it around while painting the inside of my house is not happening. It would probably be fine for larger/stronger peeps though and why I'm giving it 5- stars.

Easy to set up and store! Folds in place when needed. Then simply folds back up for storage. Fits in storage closet taking up minimal space. The floor grips help keep ladder sturdy. Foot grips were nice and helped add sense of security while on ladder. Arrived in package ready to unfold and use!
