Bought this item and after a couple uses it snapped in half. I tried to reach out to Amazon to replace it but they then told me to reach out to the company directly. I never received a response to my question or a replacement of any kind.

    • LOVE my vacuum
Absolutely love this vacuum. I have a two story home and I was sick of having to tote my large vacuum up and down the stairs and keep moving the power cord around to different outlets. This little lightweight, cordless vacuum is a BLESSING and works great. I do wish the battery life was a little longer. When I'm just doing quick cleanups, I have no issues. But on the days where I CLEAN my house from top to bottom, the battery life doesn't last long enough for my to finish my floors before I have to plug it in to charge. I want to say you can get an average of 30-40 minutes of run time which may be great for some homes, but I need just a smidge more. I'm not counting stars off for that though because this baby still works wonders and I just adapted by making sure to plug it in to charge when I'm done with one level and moving to the next. ... show more

It worked amazingly for 3 months and then it broke. The part that holds the handle, canister, and the battery broke apart from the stick part

    • So cheaply made, break easily
For my small cleaning company I’ve bought about 7 of these for my staff. I liked the reasonable price and reviews seemed good. Already had to return 3 or 4 of them within only a couple days of use (not exaggerating) cause they break SO EASILY. Either the rotator brush would stop spinning and you can’t unjam it with a screwdriver or your hands. Or the base would fall off from the stick just by picking them up. I’ve had to instruct my cleaners to keep the box in case we need to return them. Asurion seems like a joke, they just told me to return it instead of troubleshoot to fix my current vacuum, let’s see how they live up once it’s past the return window. And DEFINITELY do NOT buy the same exact version of this they’re selling for $300. Complete rip off and waste of time back and forth at the post office. ... show more

Oh man! I am so sad about this little vacuum. First one I bought had great suction, was super lite and so easy to use. About 1 month in the canister just snapped off at the screws during normal use. I thought I must have hulked out pushing too hard or something and I liked it so much soooooo…I ordered another one. Ugh! While putting it together, guess what happened. You guessed it…the canister snapped off at the screws. Same exact place! Wah!!!!!! That’s too bad. So much potential such bad quality. ... show more

This vacuum cleaner works great. I absolutely loved it however I purchased it on June 8 for the first time and it broke from the handle after one week of use because I loved it so much. I purchased the same item again on June 26. It broke from the exact, same place once again, and now the return timeframe has passed, and I am unable to return or receive any support. ... show more
