This moissanite ring is absolutely beautiful in the light with magnificent sparkle. It looks like an expensive ring. The only thing I see wrong with it is the stone cut. I am not sure how to explain it but it's unlike any cut I've ever seen. When not in the direct light where you get sparkle to mask it, you'll see that the cut allows you to see the band and smaller stones underneath it. I still like it but I don't love that. My Review Criteria: I do not review anything that I don't want/need for my own personal use and I have enough knowledge about it to provide accurate and useful details. My wife LOVES this ring. There is a bit of a long back story to this ring. I had purchased my wife a traditional diamond engagement ring back when we got married, the kind that cost a pretty penny. I had it insured and everything, until one year, I forgot to pay the insurance and my coverage lapsed. Lo and behold, during that lapsed coverage, my wife's diamond fell off her ring and disappeared into oblivion. We looked everywhere, but it was gone. It also happened to coincide with a season of life (which is still on going) where I am back in school rather than in the workforce, so money was and is tight. We ordered an inexpensive lab-grown diamond ring that was pretty nice, but that diamond went missing as well (yes, I am seeing the pattern too). So my wife has gone without a diamond engagement ring for about a year or so. When my wife saw this ring, she wanted to give it a try. It was inexpensive, but it looked pretty and was worth giving it a shot. I am so glad we did. I am sure the experts would tell in a moment that this is not a traditional diamond, but to the uninitiated it is hard to tell the difference. And that is the thing I suppose, Moissanites have the beauty, shine and sparkle of a traditional diamond. It pops like a traditional diamond, but at a fraction of the cost. This one in particular has a 1.5 carrot emerald cut Moissanite stone on it. That is a spectacular rock! My wife finds that the ring fits well, does not move around, and feels comfortable against the skin. Other diamond rings would scrape her fingers, while this one has no such problem. It is absolutely gorgeous. So all around, we have no complaints. This is a beautiful ring, and a perfect replacement or substitute for a diamond engagement ring. Why waste thousands of dollars on something that can go missing in a moment? Especially when a stone at a fraction of the cost contains an equal amount of beauty? I definitely recommend this ring!

Excellent. I ordered the gold version of this ring with the 1.5 carat stone, and I really love the balance. The band itself is quite dainty and delicate looking, decorated with a row of small moissanites that appear to be well placed in their settings, and while the central stone is relatively large I think it works perfectly with the delicate band. It's a clean looking stone, well placed in a 4 prong setting, and the light catches its facets beautifully. This is a simple ring, not too expensive for what you get, and I think it would suit most people.
