    • This Little Fridge Really Delivers!

I purchased one of these mini-fridges from a different vendor a little over a month ago. It never got below 46 degrees F although the ad stated it could go as low as 38F. I would have been happy with 40F because I could store yogurt and other dairy products safely for at least 24 hours. I contacted the vendor and we tried several things for a few weeks but I ultimately returned it. I purchased this one for $20 less than the other one and it arrived today. I plugged it in and within 4 hours it was 34 degrees! Perfectly in the safety range for dairy. I am thrilled and happy I didn't give up. This one has a better magnetic closure for the door, as well. I will continue to monitor the temp but right now, I am completely delighted with this item. It is tucked away under a shelf on my desk and I look forward to having truly cold drinks and chilled and safe food for lunch and snacks. It is pretty quiet on regular mode and whisper quiet on low. This fridge is great, quiet, keeps items cold.. VERY COLD. I put carrots and hummus in it at night, on ’mute’ mode. In the morning the carrots are frozen. It’s more of mini freezer. Unless you put things in it that you don’t want to freeze, it’s great. Also, you’ll want to put some rubber feet stickers on the bottom or it will slide around when you try to open it. Admittedly, I was a little skeptical at first about how cold this little thing can get but decided to take a chance since the price was right. I let it cool down with no contents for about 24-hours. I was able to get three Bai bottles in it. Let them set for another 36-hours. I could not believe how cold the drinks were! Amazing! It does have a slightly annoying fan noise but you can turn it to quiet mode and you can barely hear it. You can get six 12-ounce cans in it. I have not had any freezing issues yet as some have complained about. Not sure about longevity but we will see. Not a lot of bad reviews on that so may not be an issue. Also, like any fridge or AC, when the outside air reaches a certain temperature, you might get condensation. Some complaints were for leaking which was likely condensation. Might be prudent to get a drip tray in those cases. Overall, I am very happy so far. So happy that I bought a second one. ... show more
