    • Love this printer so far!
I'm loving this printer so far. I do print from my computer for my labels for my eBay and Etsy store. It did take a bit to make sure I had it set up properly but once I did I have had very few issues with it. I have had it kinda 'glitch' (?) a bit on the barcode where there were some partially printed lines but I believe that will happen occasionally. (took 1 star off for that issue) I've used the 4"x6" labels (people, make sure you load the thermal labels in properly - AND make sure you're BUYING thermal labels - think this may be some of the issues people have been having... when I read one review where the person complained about the 'ink' not printing... ???? There is NO ink?) and I've also bought and printed out some 2" labels with no issue once I got the sizing situated. I don't use it a ton, but I have probably printed out 100+ labels so far and it does what it's supposed to do. Will update again in the future with any additional thoughts or issues. ... show more

This little printer is so awesome that im writing a review about it. You download your 4x6 shipping label, then from your phone or pc send it to the printer and then printer go beep boop brrrrrr and then you have a sticker to slap on your package that looks like it was printed by UPS themselves. 10/10. Setting up was easy. I wasn't sure how to tell it that I had put the sticker paper into it and it was going to have to figure it out on its own, good luck little machine. So I slapped the last piece on the roll inside, slammed it closed and hit the shiny button on top. The printer went wee wuurr brrrrr and spit out the first piece and lined up the next piece perfectly! Printing was really simple, I assume anybody with trouble setting up uses their index finger to navigate through their phone. The first time I used it I downloaded my shipping label (most services let you download it in 4x6 format) and then downloaded their app on my phone. I opened the label in the app, pressed print and it said oh no there is no printer set up, we will find printer, and in 1 second it found the printer and I clicked on it, and then clicked the print button again and my label shot out of the printer at an incredible speed. It was fun and I wish I had more labels to print right now. I flipped the switch on the back of the unit to turn it off and now it is resting until next time. ... show more

This thing sucks. Super confusing. Instructions are not clear. Doesn’t work on Apple products? Can’t figure out how to print from an iPhone or Mac. Do not recommend this thing. Feels super cheap too. Terrible

Printer was easy to setup and use. just connected the usb, inserted the paper and was ready to print. There's a little usb memory stick that comes with helpful videos & the driver software. if you have a mac with only usb-c ports, before you do anything else, use the included (yay!) usb-a to usb-c adapter to plug in that little memory stick and copy the whole thing onto your desktop. then you can unplug it and use the adapter to connect the printer to your computer and follow the instructions for installing it. One more note about printing on a mac: select "actual size" rather than "fit" or "shrink oversized pages." i didn't know what to set the margins to when i created the custom paper size, but as long as it's "actual size," the label will print properly. the printer doesn't require big margins at all. The labels are printing beautifully. i also did install on my iphone and tested it there, and it was super easy. this thing is definitely made for mobile use. I love this shipping label printer, it is easy to use and quick to set up. It was easy to instal the driver and to connect to the printer using iOS on an iPhone, and the app worked smoothly. It prints labels and photos easily and is a must have if you want to send parcels with print at home labels. Amazing! ... show more

    • What you need to know.
Here is what I think is important about this label printer. Pros: -It comes with a label holder so you do not have to purchase one separately. (A LOT of others on Amazon don't come with the holder) -It will print legible labels (just not via bluetooth on my macbook or really via bluetooth on my iphone either) -Good price compared to others on Amazon. Cons: -It will not print via bluetooth from my macbook, so I have to hook it up with the USB cable (provided) -It does not print via iphone using bluetooth in the sense that you would think. I thought I would connect via to the printed via bluetooth and print..... NOPE you have to download a sketchy app, upload the label, resize and then print. The plus side is that through the app it does print via bluetooth. -Instruction manual clearly written by a non-native English speaker, but it is still easy enough to understand, it just isn't necessarily all that helpful. I was originally going to return this, I even generated the label and packed it up.... but as I was looking at other listings-most of the "bluetooth" label printers on Amazon that were in my price range all had similar reviews when I read them over-people saying the same things about using the USB for macs, and needing the app, etc.... so in the end I decided to cancel the return and just keep it.
