excellent machine. compact form factor. had issues getting my Logitech MX keys mini keyboard recognized in Bluetooth.... I tried everything and it just would not get recognized in the system. a big problem when you're first trying to sit up the computer and if they type in yext fields doing setup. I had to hook up a USB wired keyboard to get through the setup process. then I went and bought a new Bluetooth keyboard and this one was recognized during Bluetooth search and pairing. surprisingly this little box has never gotten hot yet not even hint of being warm. the two USB ports in the back are really in tight quarters that can make it difficult to take one USB dongle out while both ports are being used. everything else is positive and this thing's pretty speedy and absolutely crushes they file transfer speed that I used to experience on my older PC. make sure you take notice: there is no VGA port for a monitor on this box. I had to hook up my monitor via USB but it's working just fine. overall a great purchase at a reasonable price for this much power and RAM.

I'm a techy and took nearly a week of troubleshooting to get this thing working. It was a very frustrating experience but now that it's operating, it's excellent. And it only cost $399 The problem was the reboot. It would take exactly 25 min to restart every time. I sent the first one I bought back to Amazon because I thought it was faulty but I tested the second and it was the same. If you're having the same problem, long reboot time, apps not installing and instability, it's because of only 2 silly things. 1. One Drive doesn't play well 2. this system is not compatible with the Dell keyboard with built in smart card reader To fix the issue, use a normal keyboard. The system tries to load drivers that aren't compatible then it tries to auto upgrade the drivers and will fail. The restart will always try and load a profile of some sort from One Drive. Once One Drive is uninstalled, reboot will be sub 30 seconds. After this, update windows to all the latest drivers and this includes going to the intel website and downloading the latest graphics drivers.

It runs Microsoft office and files and browsing surprisingly fast. A little slow on the boot up but great for home office computer in a tiny box. I am using a 32" monitor and the graphics are great.

11th Gen i5, 16GB DDR4, Intel Iris Xe Graphics. and 500GB M.2 SSD Hard drive: It's eerily quiet and has not heated up. The CPU idle temperature averages about 40 C which isnt bad at all considering all the components are crammed into such a tight space. I added a spare SSD drive which slid right into a built in pocket that's inside and use one of those free back up programs to keep all the Windows library folders (Pics, Docs, etc) on a timed backup just in case the M.2 main drive every goes belly up. (Ive read this M.2 drive isnt the fastest compared to others but it seems just fine at the moment) Gaming-wise, I was able to run Portal 1 and 2 at 60fps and feel this might be topping it out. I dont think it'll smoothly handle anything heavier than Half Life 2. It isnt meant for newer FPS games of course. I ran a few Edge Browser tabs of 4k video simultaneously, no problems. (I didnt install any other browsers, just keeping everything stock as this is for my mom). Multiple Office apps don't even make a dent in performance. Beelink makes a few cheaper models but I wanted this thing to at least play a few FPS games from the 2005 era and the 11th Gen i5 with Iris Gfx during the time of purchase is the best I could get under $400. (Actually on sale for $327.00 + tax. )

Originally I had screwed up with the way I did my network setup, and once I figured it out, I got the server online and man....... this thing is smoking! The plex employee that had mentioned this was what they ran... I can see why. I just tried it out with 5 4K transcodes at once and it played seamless (source file was 65gb MKV container). I would highly recommend if you need a plex server already put together and you have a NAS or some other storage thing..... get this.

It is unreasonable that a current mini PC with this good configuration only has 4 USB-A ports and 50% of them are 2.0. All ports could be at least 3.0.

This is a great little computer, even better when it goes on sale. Don't pay full price. The documentation is the real weak spot. It says it supports 'auto on', but it's not enabled by default and there is zero documentation. Good luck if you're a tinkerer!
