I wear a size 8, but Amazon recommended a 7. Originally I got a seven and it was way too small (length and width extremely tight). I returned and ordered an 8. I prefer the kohls drop off, but for this return I had to take it to a FedEx store. The size 8 fit great! I bought these for work where I’m standing for 12 hrs. The first few times I wore them, at about hour 6 my feet hurt. They were really tight around the top part of my feet like right below my toes (which maybe I just have funky feet?) but it was painful. They’ve stretched out and now fit perfect (like my most comfortable pair of shoes). They are supportive and I’ve noticed less back pain. They’re comfortable throughout the entire day. The fabric is stretchy and breathable I’m able to slip them on easily. They’re lightweight and the laces stay tied. They are expensive in my opinion, but seem very high quality and although I’m unsure of their durability I would guess it’s decent. I think the overall quality is worth the cost. ... show more

Wow these sneakers are the most comfortable shoes I have ever put on my feet. I typically hate sneakers because I feel so restricted and uncomfortable. These shoes are basically a mesh material that molds to the foot and they’re super light weight. While it feels like I’m barefoot it still provides structure and foot support. They are expensive but for the fit, comfort, and style I think it’s worth it. Just hope they hold up over time. ... show more

I suffered an accident in November 2023 where I broke both the tibia and fibia in my ankle and had to have pins, plates and screws put in both. I was on a walker for 3 1/2 months unable to walk or put weight on my right foot. My doctor finally gave me a okay to start putting weight with a good supportive athletic shoe. I researched and found the On Clouds were #1 rated for ankle support so my husband bought me my first pair and they are by far the most comfortable shoes I’ve ever worn, I love them. They do have a good snug fit and I went up a half size because I read where it was recommended so I’m glad I saw that. Right now my ankle is still swollen and when I’m on it very long it swells more so my shoe does get tight and a little uncomfortable just only on my upper ankle because of the sock like shoe and I have to remove. But you will not go wrong with these, they are very expensive, that’s the only thing I don’t like but they are a great shoe! ... show more

I read many reviews before purchasing the shoes. I have bad tendons and ligaments in my feet and ankles which makes it painful to walk and I roll my ankle often despite two reconstructive surgeries to repair as much damage as possible. I have only worn leather sneakers with anti roll bars for more than 15 years and still had difficulty walking. These sneakers have made a tremendous difference in my ability to walk as well as decreasing the pain in my feet. I am now able to walk in stores with less pain and have started taking short walks with my family. I do have to be careful not to lace them too tight. My feet and ankles feel stronger in these shoes. I haven’t had difficulty getting them on like other reviewers. I will be buying them again. ... show more

These are my first pair of on clouds. I will not buy again. They took a month of consistent wearing to break in. They are too narrow in the toe and have been causing me a lot of foot pain. I do not have wide feet. They are ripping on the inside of the heel after only 2.5 months of consistent wearing. I am very disappointed they’re not going to last longer and are ripping already when they cost $175! On clouds are also very heavy. I threw the on clouds out today and bought another pair of brooks since they are lighter and fit way better ... show more

Was a bit disappointed. Been a Nike person for years but thought I try something new. Difficult to get my foot into with a thicker running sock, narrow opening.
