I bought 4 of these to replace some 12+ year old office computers that would not upgrade to Windows 11. They come with Windows 10 Pro preinstalled. Unboxed them, added an administrative user account, completed the standard setup stuff to activate the digital license and let the updates run until all updates were installed. Then did the free upgrade to Windows 11. They've been in use a little over a month now, the users are thrilled. Windows 11, from power on - loads in 9-11 seconds. Shutdown is quick, about 5-7 seconds to power off. Not one single complaint has been reported, except the other 10 who did not get upgraded yet and are super jealous. Very responsive, it's not a high-end gaming machine, but for 99.9 percent of office type work, general internet browsing, these little PC's are more than up to the task. Although we used wired network connections, I tested the WiFi6. Upon connection I was getting 900+ MB speeds using speedtest.net. The users loved the tiny size, mounting them to the VESA mounts on the back of their displays. Makes a nice, quiet, compact and easy to use package. We'll be replacing the other 10 older machines with these as budget allows. Almost a year in and one unit (of 12 total installed) has begun to have noise from the cooling fan. Can't for the life of me figure out where to get a replacement fan. Still overall, very happy.

Big manufacturers should really take note from Beelink. Beelink has managed to make an incredibly small but powerful PC. Superb i5 10th gen processor with fine-ish integrated graphichs (it runs AoEII DE without problems), quick ram, quick ssd. And all for less than 500 bucks when I bought it, It's mostly silent, very small, almost never gets warm (seriously, amazing heat dissipation). If there's any flaws, it's that the ports are a very tight fit (as if they weren't aligned as precisely with the casing). A nice addition would be: SD/microSD card slot, and integrated microphone and fingerprint reader. I'd be willing to even pay 50 more dollars for those features. tl;dr It handles gaming, office, web like a glorious champ and it doesn't ask for more from you, all at a great price and small package.

Bought two of these three months apart for use in separate locations on a home network, replacements for elderly, failing desktop computers. The first one installed easily and ran very well initially, performance worth five stars. Then it suddenly shut down permanently, well within warranty, on the very day the second was to be installed. Beelink kindly replaced it, but only after a tedious process documenting the problem with my computer repair guy and then shipping it to a seemingly random residential address in California, all at my expense. This was followed by multiple superfluous e-mails confirming its receipt and then shipment of the replacement which finally arrived a full NINE WEEKS after the failure. The new unit is being kept as a spare/backup since I replaced the defective one with a new high-end Dell full-size desktop, a presumably better and more reliable machine made in the USA. Now awaiting possible failure of the second installed machine. Two, maybe three of these couldn’t possibly all be bad—could they? Lesson learned: Never buy anything fallible and expensive that is made in China by an outfit that has no solid US presence.

Easy setup. Haven't done anything substantial yet. The computer is fast and responsive. From my research, It seems like a fair price for this machine. Haven't use tech support yet.

This is my second purchase for beelink on Amazon When I do research and spend my time on a purchase I Expected to receive it. So Buyer Beware. The Item I purchased Clearly states what I'm expecting to receive . Beelink SEI10 Mini PC 10th Generation Intel i5-1035G4 Processor,（up to 3.70GHz) -check works as expected Windows 11 Pro- nope (they do say mixed ship win10pro) - I got a win10 and Upgraded it to win11pro no big deal Mini Computer with Kingston 16G DDR4 RAM/500G SSD,Supports 6MB Smart Cache -NOPE.. THATS WRONG shipped with a cheaper and slower ram and drive. 4K Dual HDMI, WiFi 6,BT5.0- check all works With that said it is a good platform to start with Intel i5-1035G4 is snappy no problems running work programs or playing videos etc. at the same time . But for the money could of just got a cheaper Mini pc and did the upgrades my self....and saved about 50 bucks.

If you are looking for a small "cube" computer this is a good choice. It is not a gaming computer, but it has plenty of computing power and storage for any kind of routine use.

Fantastic so far. I initially tried far less powerfull fanless Mini PC. Even with the fan this unit is very quiet. I didn't get it for gaming and I'm not sure I would use it for gaming bit for controlling my telescope, doing live stacking, guiding and such its been working great. (SharpCap, CPWI, PHD2)

Has all the specs you want... Intel i5, 4 cores, 8 threads, 16gb Crucial DDR4, 500gb Crucial SSD, WiFi 6, slot for 2.5" SSD sata drive. Just a heads up, the 16gb of ram is configured with one SODIMM. You'll want to buy another Crucial 16gb SODIMM to enable dual channel memory. Don't expect to play any AAA games on this PC, but it will play older stuff, including WoW.
