Got these a month ago for Christmas. So far, they seem to be good quality. They charge well. No issues with having a strap on the remote or anything. The batteries last a good long while; well through a full playing session or two, depending on the game. When the 4 of us play as a family we play for about 2 hours at a time (family game time is either board games, card games, or video games and happens a couple times a week). If we play a game like bowling, where it’s not constant use of the controller, we can go two family game nights before charging. If it’s Mario Kart, it’s one family game night and then it has to be charged. Still, I feel like it’s holding the charge well as it’s consistent in the charge time and there is also play time on each of the remotes between those family game nights. I’d guess that the batteries are getting about 4 hours of play per charge. I’ll update this review when that changes eventually. ... show more

    • Great to save batteries
These work with our old wii system which is awesome to save batteries, however the charge only last a few hours so remotes always need placed on back on chargers when taking a break. I think they are worth it though. Only 4 starts bc it would be nice if the batteries lasted longer.

This isn't perfect but it is getting the job done for some Wii fun without constantly looking for AA batteries. I would consider purchasing again.

These battery packs work fine, they just don't stay charged long. Fortunately I have the 4 pack so I always have one ready. There are probably some better choices out there.

    • Not too much faith in these UPDATE: don't buy!
The media could not be loaded. So I just got this in and put the battery packs in the controllers and put them on the charger. The first thing you'll notice when you put them on the charger is how bright the red LEDs are. They are obnoxiously bright. I'm not trying to land a 747, just want to charge a few controllers. But that would be a small issue if not for the insane flickering as they get close to fully charged (which they were charged within 15 min, 10 of which was that flickering). So I'm a tiny bit skeptical about the overall function if they can't make a charger that doesn't just go green when charged. We'll see though. I'll update after I've had a bit to try out the batteries and see about their run time. But I can already say that I am going to have to some how cover or dampen the LEDs because even sitting back on the couch it's still like a strobing laser in your eyes. UPDATE: batteries hold a max charge of 20-30 min worth of use. That's it. One star. The only reason I'm not returning them is because A) we have four controllers and usually it's just me and my wife playing wii sports. So when they get low we just swap to the other controllers (they do charge fast). B) theres not a whole lot of options on the market anymore. But overall I'm really dissatisfied. ... show more
