I installed mine about a month ago. The product works as advertised. It fit great in my queen storage bed. The remote is reliable and many of the settings are customizable to suit your preference. I don't see the point in the massagers, but I wasn't even counting on getting those. Lots of reviews said they were included, but the listing didn't mention them when I made the purchase. I agree with other reviewers' impression of build quality, but if anything is going to fail on something like this, it will be the electronics or the linear actuators, so impressions don't tell you much. The best I can say is the operation is smooth and quiet, so there's no indication that the actuators aren't up to the job. I wanted this model because it's the thinnest I found, and came with a 10-year warranty from a US company that's been in business more than two weeks. If something breaks in a couple years, there's a chance I'll get manufacturer support. An adult male with a healthy back can install this by himself. I put the lid of the cardboard box it came in over the footboard of the bed and slid it into place without any trouble or damage to anything. A second person would definitely make it easier if you can arrange it. Check out BedJet's instructional videos on Youtube. They're short, but easier to understand than the written instructions that come with the bed. You can also see a little more about how the bed frame is constructed than you can determine from this listing.

First off - this item is HEAVY! You WILL need two people to move the box and to help with setup. Second - Setup is very straightforward. The instructions are crystal clear. Third - Note that the massage motors are shipped separately from the base unit. DO NOT set up the base before you receive the motors. Once you have received everything, then proceed with the setup. And finally - This is a fantastic product. The quality engineering and product manufacturing is first rate. You can tell from the moment you receive the box. Do yourself a favor, read thru the setup instructions first, so you will understand the process. It is easy to follow; the challenge is because of the size and weight. That is why you need two people. This base is fantastic! Easy to use wireless remote control. There are pre-programmed settings and you can also save your custom ones. It even has USB ports on each side to charge your phone! And the best part, it can be used with any base and any mattress. It’s not inexpensive, but as the saying goes, you get what you pay for! Order one. You will love it!!

The BedJet has been such a game-changer for us! It works exactly as promised, and honestly, even better than we hoped. The motor is so quiet you barely notice it’s running, and it’s slim enough that we didn’t have to mess with our bed frame at all — it just fit right in. But what really won me over was the customer service. I accidentally ordered the wrong size, and instead of having to deal with the usual back-and-forth through Amazon, BedJet took care of it directly. They set up the return shipping and had the right size sent out right away. The whole swap took less than a week and was completely stress-free. It’s rare these days to find a product that not only does what it says but comes with a company that genuinely cares about its customers. I’d recommend BedJet in a heartbeat!!!

I almost spent much much more on a Tempur-pedic adjustable bedframe, which would’ve required me to get rid of my bed and use one of theirs. With this, I can keep my bed and it works wonderfully. It has a single button zero gravity setting, one-button to flat, and one button for the snore setting, all in addition to three other customizable presets. I wasn’t going to pay extra for the massage feature but it was included and is wonderful. It was very easy to unpack and install- definitely takes two to lift though. Very happy with this purchase.

Two Power Frames are perfect for our custom-built German style platform bed with Extra long twin matresses. They do everything we need and our pure latex mattresses move perfectly. Did not have to sacrifice the under-bed storage or buy new linens. Added 1.75 inches in height. Still accessible for me at 5' 1". Controls are not overly complicated, and it doesn't need the Internet to operate. We did a lot of shopping and decided to start with The Power Frame at ~$2K. Returnable if we didn't like it, but they are staying for sure. From Amazon, the massage units were included. We are so happy. It has a memory button on the remote control that lets you program your sleeping position but return to flat to get in and out easier. I just wish we had bought two initially.
