I already own almost identical wedge pillows that I have purchased from Costco in the past. The ones from Costco are about 20% wider but the same height of the wedge on the maximum wedge setting of this new wedge pillow. I love the ones from Costco, I use one for sitting up in bed for reading or watching streaming video and the other one for elevating my feet at the end of the bed. I don't have any pain anywhere in my body and I sleep great but I had always wanted to try sleeping at a slight incline with my head raised and my feet raised similar to a camping hammock which I love sleeping in! But the Costco wedge pillows are just too thick for comfortable sleeping. They're much better for leaning against when you want to sit up in bed. But this new wedge pillow is perfect because I can lower the height of the wedge by flipping part of the pillow backwards so it's a lower wedge. And I've slept on it a couple of times so far and so far it seems really comfortable. The thinner version of the wedge is about the right height and I really like the round pillow that attaches to the front because that works perfectly underneath your neck for neck support. When the pillow arrives it's vacuum packed and very tightly compressed and once you open up the plastic vacuum sealed container, the pillow starts to expand and fill. I didn't use it the first night because it had a slight odor to it which they mentioned in the packaging that will dissipate after the first day. Supposedly it's non-toxic and I wasn't getting any chemical smell it just smelled like it needed to air out a little bit. The next day it was fully expanded so I was able to use it that night. One thing they suggest cutting open the vacuum seal bag but you can actually reuse it and simply open the zip Tab and use it as a summer under bed storage for bedding or pillows Etc by vacuuming out the air. In any case, the pillow itself is very nice, super comfy, just like the Costco wedge pillows but much more adaptable and usable for sleeping as opposed to just usable for sitting up in bed or elevating feet. I find this particular one more than wide enough for my needs but I'm 5'6 and size 4. Somebody larger might prefer the wider width of the Costco wedge pillows which like I said are about 20% wider than this one. Overall, highly recommended!

I was hoping this would be a good pillow for me when I sit up in bed reading or watching tv. My current pillows don't work well for support. It wasn't exactly what I was hoping for, but I'm sure it works well for some. It is a little larger than I thought it would be, though I know the dimensions are on the description. I just couldn't get very comfortable with it when sitting up in bed. I tried with and without the removable pillow. It. is very firm, and maybe it's just too firm for my back. I do like that you can adjust the height to a few different sizes and I think it will be more comfortable for laying at an angle when I need to. Maybe once I break it in a little more it will work better, but for now, it's just ok.

This is a great, adjustable cushion. It came packaged super small and dense. The instructions say to let it air for a few days, so that’s what I did. Bonus points for the outer vacuum seal bag being reusable. So that came with this for free 😀 After a couple of days, the pillow has firm foam. It still squishes under weight, but it provides support. The outer cover has a handle and two pockets on the sides, which are oriented at different angles so that one is available no matter what position the pillow is in. The middle part detaches and can be flipped over, the seams seem strong enough to withstand that. The pillow takes advantage of the 30/60/90 right triangles to have different configurations—I felt like I was back in high school Math trying to figure them all out. All the options means different options for height and support. This can be used for lounging or reading or leg support. I really like it!

Arrived fast and miraculously packed so tiny! Took a day to completely puff up to full size but worth the wait and there really wasn’t much of that chemical smell I’m very sensitive to in these foam pillows. It’s very comfy and I love that it’s got options for use on couch and in bed. It travels a little every night between the two haha. The cover is soft and while I haven’t yet washed it, I think cold water and line dry would be best.

For one, when it arrived it was vacuum-sealed and had to reinflate to its ordinary size. The instructions included advised this would take 3-5 DAYS. That is a long time to wait to be able to use a product after it's been delivered. Also, during this time there was a very unpleasant odour, though that seemed to fade fairly quickly. Those complaints aside though, this product has worked wonderfully for me. It finally allows me to sleep in a position which is comfortable for me. I'd forgotten what that felt like. It's really nice.

Wedge is must needed for me since because I like a firm back and prefer a neck rest for comfort. It has a handle on the top so you’re able to move from room to room with ease. The position is also adjustable depending on what you end up doing in bed or couch. Cover washes well; washed and dried on high heat. The foam inserts were a bit of a struggle due to foam not having a lining but it was easy enough. BTW the neck/head rest is adjustable for height but if you're tall may not work.

I ordered this for use on a daybed that is used mostly for occasional TV watching, and the even more rare house guest. After letting it "rehydrate" for a few hours I flipped it around into it's various configurations. The foam is firm enough to support your back and shoulders without any pressure points. The extra pillow and side pockets are useful. The cover is removable but I plan on sewing a custom cover to cut down on wear and tear - it looks like it would attract a lot of grime.. Overall I would recommend if you need a wedge pillow.

While this is somewhat cumbersome and awkward at first to get used to, it's very helpful for anyone who needs additional support in the bed. I like that I can change the set up around to fit what I might be doing whether I'm laying down or sitting up. And the mini-roll has been a lifesaver for both my neck and lower back.
