I really am happy with these bed rails on every level. The price is right and they were easily installed. My only warning is to double check where the screws are placed in case they protrude through the base of the bed so they don't accidentally hit something important. These are plenty sturdy enough to help me move around as needed and I'm a big guy. They also ended the frustration of constantly having to move my mattress back onto the center of the bed frame. I installed these on a twin XL bed. I used a power screw gun to install them but if you have reasonable hand strength, I'm sure you could do it with a traditional manual screwdriver. ... show more

I bought the rails for my 83 year old mother for her adjustable bed. The rails are great. I purchased two and waiting for the item to be available to purchase a third. We had to use one for a foot board to stop my mother from sliding from the adjustable bed.

It suits the purpose but has a couple of design flaws. It screws into the frame of the metal, adjustable bed and is sturdy. It doesn’t feel like it’s gonna bust loose of the screws or break off the frame. However, it has bent in towards the bed just on the strength of my using it to assist me out of the bed. It doesn’t feel it less sturdy but it does lean in now. The other issue is the pockets are below the mattress line which would be OK if they were on the outside but since they’re on the inside the mattress shoves up against them and it’s difficult to get anything in or out of the pockets. I don’t hate them because like I said they do their job keeping me in the bed but I would prefer if I could access the pockets. ... show more
