At nearly $50, I was worried when I plunked down the money to buy this makeup. I'd read some reviews that said it was too dark and too orange. But when I hit 40, I began to have more and more trouble finding makeup that worked for me. Liquids and creams sank into every crease and emphasized every flaw. I used Bare Minerals for a long time but the drier my skin became, the harder it was to use, and the worse it looked. It can also be really messy and got all over everything. There was so much waste, especially when I traveled and the powder flew everywhere when I opened a jar that had been in my suitcase. I'd seen airbrush makeup advertised before, and while the results looked great in ads, I didn't want to risk investing in a whole airbrush system! So I thought I'd try this and see how it sat on my face. I was very pleasantly surprised from the first use. I am extremely pale and did not find the light makeup to be orange or too dark at all as some complained in their reviews. Maybe I just applied it more lightly than other people? Don't know. I was very happy with it. I showed it freshly applied to some friends and they were impressed. The coverage was the best I've been able to get out of a makeup in ages. It didn't stick to little skin flakes or delve into flaws. With the brush, I was able to smooth the little wrinkles around my eyes better than with any makeup I've used in years. I decided to try spraying it directly on my face as well. The instructions tell you to spray the primer and the makeup on the brush, then brush on your face. I liked spraying it on my face directly, too. I smoothed it out with the brush after. If I want heavier coverage, I will do this in future. Of course, if you do, it will really get on your clothes! It's fairly expensive, and I don't know how long a bottle of this stuff lasts. But for the results, I am going to keep right on paying it. I like that I have this canned system to have with me for travel, in case I ever want to try a more elaborate airbrush makeup system someday. The makeup texture is creamy and nice. I just used it from about 8:30 AM to about 7:30 PM and I looked good all day. No running. My skin has not looked this smooth with any other makeup in years. If you're looking for a makeup for older skin, I recommend it.

This foundation is easy to apply, smooths your skin and covers everything you want it to, makes your skin look glowy. You can layer it for however much coverage you'd like. First foundation I've found that actually lasts all day and looks good, but is easy to wash off. My skin has also cleared up while using this because it's so light.

At 71, not sure any facial product would work, so it's not about this product. For those younger, without sun damage,, this would be helpful. It is light, easy to apply. For myself..I did find, that it works great for age spots on my arms and legs, as well as good coverage on a leg scar. Probably would cover a tattoo well, if so desired.

Here’s the thing, when the product is first applied it is chef’s kiss. I have such a hard time shade matching, but out of the box this shade was perfect! The primer and foundation are light weight and does not feel cakey. It is buildable and application is effortless - follow the instructions. Prior to using the primer don’t skin prep with anything greasy (don’t water log your face). Now, here’s where this product lost me. A couple hours into wearing the foundation, the formula begins to separate in high humidity climates. I live in Florida. It felt greasy and the product would wipe off with the slightest touch. It did settle into fine lines and exposed large pores after awhile. It would be nice if they had a finishing spray too that would lock the product in. Overall, I like this product for short term use and if I’m going to be indoors. However, if it’s an outside event or activity, I’ll have to go with another foundation. Oh, one more thing - I have hyperpigmentation and this foundation did cover it BUT not for long.

I am 51 years old with pretty good skin. However, the last few years when I apply my foundation, I can see this little white dots where my foundation settles into my pores. I've tried powders, expensive foundation, exfoliating better, even doing the dermaplaning where you take off the dead skin and hair with a tool. Nothing worked. I got this today, and I figured, lets give it a whirl. It's amazing. The primer really does what it says! Creates a smooth canvas for your skin and preps you for the spray foundation. It all sprays right into the brush and a little goes a long way. My skin looks airbrushed. I did have to use concealer for the darker spots on my cheeks, but look how smooth it made my skin! I am floored. I've tried it all and I can't believe this is working. I went back and got a lighter color and the setting spray. It's worth it, I feel like the foundation spray will probably finish a lot faster than the primer, but this stuff is magic. I was not paid to say this and I did not receive any compensation or free products. But feel free to send me some free stuff if you like! Lol
