After my wife had her surgery the need for a Bed Assist was needed. This one was the perfect fit for our needs. Was a literal Snap to assemble. We have a Sleep Number mattress and Noted it was Not intended for this type of mattress alone, so we put a 1/2" piece of plyboard under the mattress and then put the Bed Assist under that and the weight of the plyboard weight along with the foam grips kept it from moving at all, so there was No need for the security strap to be used in our case. The length of the mattress arm is adjustable as well as the height of the hand grip using the incorporated pop-snap adjustments. The personal item pouch is great for books, magazines, pads, phones and other personal items for easy access. After looking at many of these this is the Best One fitted for her needs. Super sturdy and she ❤️'s it..

This was bought after my 80 yr old mother in law slipped getting out of bed one night. We were instantly worried about it happening again. This was easy to assemble and install. The rail is very sturdy. We all now have confidence that she will be able to have stability while getting in and out of bed. Highly recommend this for anyone who wants to protect their elderly loved one from those incidents of falling or slipping, which can cause serious bodily injury.
