The BEAUTURAL Steamer is actually an iron and a steamer in one. And the steamer had two modes: continuous steam and burst steam. First, I really appreciate the concise, grammatically-correct instruction manual with diagrams that match the actual appliance. I read the instruction manual in about 3 minutes and discovered that this steamer can be used both horizontally and vertically as well as dry as an iron. Other steamers that I own leak if not held vertically so this was a great upgrade. Fortunately, we had distilled water on hand which I used to fill the water reservoir. The water tank is not large but it’s a good size to keep the weight of the appliance manageable. The steamer has an 8-foot cord which is a godsend when steaming curtains. I tested it on continuous steam for sheers and the wrinkles did fall out but not the creases in the hem which had multiple layers of fabric. For those, I tried the burst steam and that worked better. Next, I tried the iron function on my husband’s shirt and it worked very well. I really liked the small size of the iron soleplate for detail work around the cuffs. I occasionally used the “burst steam” function for particularly stubborn wrinkles and although it took longer to iron than with my traditional steam iron, the BEAUTURAL steamer/iron did a good job on the shirt. Where this appliance is also going to shine is for travel. It’s not small, comparable to a traditional iron, but it will fit into a suitcase and serve as both a steamer and an iron. As one who has had clothes ruined by hotel irons, I look forward to never having to press another piece of clothing with an iron that spits rust on my clothing, or worse, that some idiot has used as a griddle. This is a very well-made appliance with far more functionality than any fabric steamer I have previously owned. It is priced similar to a steam iron yet it is sleek, lightweight, easy to use, and small enough for travel. The BEAUTURAL steamer will have a permanent place in my laundry routine.

Heats up quickly, handle shape is comfortable in the hand. Water reservoir is sufficient for an average job, is easy to fill, and does not appear to leak. The unit heats up very quickly, and the cord is long, helpful when steaming and the hanging post is not near the outlet. This says it is good for all fabrics, yet there is no adjustment for heat or steam, unless you consider turning the steam on and off an adjustment. It does an okay job at releasing wrinkles as long as you properly judge the distance from the clothing item. While I think the plate is a bit small to use as a fulltime iron, it is a handy option to have for quick touch-ups.

First off, I was impressed straight out of the box. This is a beautiful product, and gives off a high quality vibe. Matte Black with a champagne gold color to the metal bits, it's the sleekest laundry appliance I've ever had the fortune to use. So, I filled it with distilled water, plugged it in, and turned it on. I kid you not, it was hot and ready to go in a minute or less. I should've timed it. Convenient for me, because I kind of do things on the fly, so it will probably be a split minute decision when I need to use it. It's got a constant steam setting, which is pretty useful, but the star is really the burst steam. Any deep wrinkles that the constant steam didn't get out, the burst steam literally blew them away. I'm impressed, and actually look forward to finding things to use this on. I crochet, and have to steam block things I've made sometimes. I've got a number of projects that are sitting, NEARLY finished, except for steam blocking, because my other streamer is almost useless. Those projects will be complete by the end of the weekend now that I've got this baby. The cost is a little high for me personally, BUT, now that I've used it, I can confirm it being worth the splurge. I'll continue using it and update here over time with any observations or new info.

I love the double functionality of this steamer iron. I used it first for a polyester polo that just needed a few wrinkles knocked out of it, and the steam function was enough for me to be able to dewrinkle the garment without holding the steamer at all. It stands up and shoots out a lot of steam, so I was able to run the shirt over the steam and it worked well. After that, I used it for a shawl that was linen, and the iron worked beautifully for that, and is a perfect accompaniment for my tabletop ironing board. I love that the steamer has a small footprint and the water goes a long way. Very fun to use and powerful to steam with. Thank you for this awesome product.

-The current price point of about $50 USD seems ok, maybe a LITTLE high but not terrible. -The steam function is pretty good though perhaps not as strong as a full sized steamer. -The handle/ergonomics are pretty good. -The look and design are cool which is not something you usually get out of these sort of appliances. -The water cup doesn't hold a ton of water but that's ok. -I tested on rather thick pants and it did ok, not as good as an iron, but I think on think poly blends this will be perfect. -I have not tested the iron feature yet but I'm sure it will do fine. I like that it's a small head to get into small areas. -Only drawback is that it might take longer with the smaller iron. -Overall, I think it's awesome :)

I wish the steamer was a little smaller but this is my only complaint. I got it to take on an international trip and it did take up a considerable amount of space in my luggage however, it was necessary to take it so I had to make the space for it. I do like this steamer very well. It works very well, easy to hold, easy to use, variable uses, heated up and started steaming quickly. It works very well, and got all of the wrinkles out of my clothes. 9 out of 10 recommend, and only reason it’s not a 10 is because it could be a little more compact.
