First of all, I love the look of this steamer. I don't have to tuck it away in my closet, because it looks so nice in my bedroom. Most importantly, this steamer works great - smoothing out the wrinkles of my many cotton and linen blouses. I am very pleased with this purchase.

    • Easy to use and does a great job.
It works consistently well, and after just a few uses the hose becomes flexible and it gets easier. It produces a good amount of steam and quickly. Ive had zero leaks the past few months. It even comes with a mini ironing pad good for collars and pockets. My only complaint is that the clips are absolutely usless. They can't hang anything heavier than a sock and they can't keep clothing clipped together to get specific folds. You are better off using a chip bag clip. But don't think you can use these clips for a bag of chips. Too weak. This is why I'm giving it four stars instead of five. As long as you only intend steam clothing by hand or on a hanger, this is a must buy, as your stuff will turn out great. ... show more

i purchased this steam cleaner within the past 6 months to avoid dry cleaning to reduce my dry cleaning costs. i didnt unpack the unit for a couple of months. my house cleaner used it once. my daughter then used it a 2nd time to steam my shirts. after the 2nd time the cord kincked and the machine no longer works. imagine that spending a hundred or more dollars for an item that breaks after essentially one use. it is obvious what my buy recommendation would be on this product. lets see if the manufacturer responds. im a verified amazon purchaser and attached is a photo of the item. ... show more

This is the best steamer ever! I have a small dress shop and my employees need to steam our clothes on display to keep them wrinkle-free and fresh. It stays on the whole day and it never failed us! dare I say that this device make me lazy, but I no longer use an iron on many of my articles of clothing. I have owned in the past a portable, handheld steamer, that was very poor in performance. And the first time I used a steamer of this quality was this past February on a cruise ship. I ordered the steamer in order to take the wrinkles out of dresses, but otherwise could not be ironed. I am now using it daily for near everything that I wear plus linens. The unit heats up fairly quickly. The only downside is that it does not get tall enough to hold a full length gown that I may be able to steam from top to bottom. I love the retractable cord and it’s compact ability. ... show more

This doesn't steam the clothes unless the hose is totally straight. Makes steaming the lower section impose on the hanger that is on it. I was so excited to get it. I don't like it.
