Only had it a week but so far I am impressed. I have used wardrobe steamers everyday for more than 10 years and this one seems to be built well. I am changing my water to using distilled water to cut down on having to descale and hoping that helps. Steams well and does great

Steam got hot quickly. Steam wand surface was large for covering better space. Hose was nice long length but stand could have been better height, was a bit short for my purposes. Didn’t try all the attachments yet. Tank was cracked when received and leaks when trying to use. Thought I could repair it with waterproof sealer and tape but wouldn’t work so I had to use it while it sat on a beach towel. Bought it to do steaming for a wedding so didn’t have time to return the whole thing and wait for new. Contacted the company for replacement tank and they say they’ll send one. I’ll update once I can really use it without the issues but for now just looking forward to a new tank. I’m optimistic it’ll be an excellent working machine once the tank is replaced.

Horrible product. Very cheaply made and will easily and quickly break down. I bought one for myself last feb then one for my parents and neither work anymore. The steam is super inconsistent and the plastic parts are super cheep and will break. Horrible horrible product, do no get. I have a $10 one the size of a hair dryer and it’s way better

I am very happy with my new steamer! I started working part-time at my favorite boutique where they have a commercial steamer, and I was never happy with my handheld steamer at home, so I upgraded! I find this steamer at an awesome price point for close to commercial results! I do spend a little more time on each garment than at work to get the same results, but that's to be expected for this great for home machine.
