This steamer is replacing and older one that we really liked. This one works very close to the old one (NO Brand noted) that is a big plus. The old one had a taller and better arrangement for the cloth's hanger. Not a deal breaker but definitely a little disappointed with this one. Over-all, had we not had the other one before this one we would have liked this one better. Still would recommend. It looks like its good quality but has a smaller water tank than our other one.

This is perfect steamer for household use. While other steamers advertised a larger water tank (thus longer runtime between refills) , the size of the tank on this one is fine. I get 6 shirts worth of steam before a refill is needed. Out-of-box assembly was super easy, I was able to get started on clothing within 10 minutes. The size makes storage convenient...just tuck into corner of laundry room or utility closet. The clip accessories are useful, as is the brush attachment. Power supply cord is about five feet long so the unit can be located away from furniture and walls while in use. The clip attachment, advertised as helpful for creases, isn't as strong as I'd like and took a few passes and I would definitely buy a mitt or ironing glove for clothing seams...it was difficult to get curled edges on shirts flat without one.

Pros: retractable cord, looks nice, adequate steam, 2 adjustable poles, lots of space to hang clothes, 2 levels of steam Cons: small water reservoir, short cord, clips for pants slide off, instruction does not explain how you know the level of steam, (red & orange light, assume red higher level), Like someone else mentioned storage for attachments would be nice.

Easy to assemble. Warms up quickly. Lightweight. I have never had a steamer so I had no expectations or comparisons. Nevertheless, I am happy with the streamer. I use it to steam out wrinkles or fold lines from clothing that already has been pressed. It does that well. I also steam wool and cashmere to prevent moths. The electric cord is not long and, thus, the machine needs to be close to an outlet.

Very disappointed in this product, water tank is tiny, the steam flow is very un even, will not have any steam and then all of a sudden a ton of water will pour out of the steaming head burning you and soaking everything around it… contacted customer service to have it repaired or replaced… nothing was offered… still have this broken junk

This is the best steamer ever! I have a small dress shop and my employees need to steam our clothes on display to keep them wrinkle-free and fresh. It stays on the whole day and it never failed us! One whole day of steaming, and no issues at all and the steam is very strong! This is heavy-duty and gives great value for your money! I personally love the gold finish and the retractable cord. It's easy to move around and is mess-free.
