Steer clear. The razor is crap, not sharp and pulls hairs out. WORST of all charging it with the cable provided is a fire hazard. The cable heated up so hot that it charred and burn up.

My son is a swimmer. He needs to shave his legs about twice a year at this point in his life. I gave him my razor once and it was never the same. I bought him this so to keep out of my stuff... I would say it was an awesome value. Definitely does a trick for getting most of the hair off. As far as the durability, I gave it to a 15-year-old. This clipper set is all plastic and you can tell that the blade is of questionable quality and will not stay sharp for very long. The "guards" are 1, 1.5,2,3,&4mm, basically just filler material that they can use in the description to make it seem like you get more for your money. NOT quiet at all and vibrate a lot. The device works OK. It did trim OK, but it does not shave very closely for the bare neck. It is extraordinarily loud. Since the cutting mechanism is fully exposed and not contained in the body of the clipper, the buzz-rattle is ear-curtling.
