***12/12/19 UPDATE*** Well I got to test this out this morning to see if it truly worked and I have to confirm that it works 100% no issues. Our car was dead this morning with no lights or anything coming on. We've had this in the back of the car since we bought it and it was showing 88% battery. When I hooked it up to the battery, the car started without any problem at all. This thing is amazing and saved the hassle of looking for jumper cables and another car etc. Buy this without worry. Bought this for my son who goes to school 5 hours away and the drive can be pretty remote most of the way from Dallas to Lubbock Texas. He has a set of jumper cables but that does no good for such a remote drive. This device is perfect in that it has multiple useful features such as a flashlight, jump starter, multiple battery charger ports for your mobile phones, etc. The one cool feature it also has is having a voltage display right on the cable so you can see the strength of your battery without even having to plug the cord into the charger. I've had this fully charged and sitting in the car in Texas heat and still remains full at 100%. Do not be concerned with the stereotype of made in China, this is a quality device that I feel good giving to my son. Their customer service is very good as well. I've emailed them with some questions and they are good at responding. I plan to purchase another for me and the wife as well. As a side note, I've seen several legit comparison testers on you tube doing extensive tests and this brand gets the top results which makes me feel good about my purchase.

It is working great The battery cable has all the protections built into it. You place the cable on the Auto battery first. There is a screen on the cable which has a built in voltmeter in it. Most don't have this. It at least lets you know if your battery is actually low. Then you just plug it in the the battery pack and start the car. it is real simple and has started completely dead batteries. I used to have a NOCO GB40 but it was lost/stolen after one use. I decided to buy a cheaper one and just plan on replacing it. I am a used car dealer and this started ever car i have tried with no problem. I have started 5 cars so far and the battery is at 85%. Time will tell how long it lasts. I made my choice based on 3rd gen QDST technology, cold crank amps which with one is 1000, and price. The voltmeter was a bonus. This appeared to be the most powerful one for the price. It came with a nice case, voltmeter smart battery cable, traditional dc output car conector for running air compressors and such, and a cable for phones and to charge the pack. you can charge the phone with any phone charger with USB "C" connectors. Build quality seems good. the only thing i would have considered which i didn't learn of until after purchase, is that there are different types of lithium-ion batteries. Most all these small jump packs on amazon and every where else have LiCoO2 batteries. Theses are the same batteries in your phone. There is a different type of lithium battery known as LiFePO4. The LiFePO4 batteries are less energy dense, but are more dependable, safer and can tolerate much more abuse than LiCoO2 batteries. They are considered a better match for an automotive application. This is not aginst this patucilar unit as even the NOCO uses the LiCoO2 batteries. In fact over 90% of these things have the liCoO2 batteries. It is something to keep in mind if someone has a need for dependably over conveience. It is something I will keep in mind if I need to replace this unit and will not blame the company for volitle battery chemestry. Unless you specifically buy a pack with LiFePO4 batteries all these things could catch on fire. This particular jump pack is great for what is is.

The media could not be loaded. Just got this battery pack in the mail and used it right out of the box! Came pre charged with 72%. It is super easy to use and only uses 5% of the battery to jump the car. Come with a nice bag to carry it in too!

Warning: You may not get what is advertised! I received a lower capacity device. That can make a difference in terms of how many times you can charge items. I am returning it.

The media could not be loaded. I purchased this due to the fact that I always seem to have a vehicle with a weak or just infrequently used battery (though I know I should just unhook it and get a maintainer to keep it charged). I am also the guy my friends look to for tools and jump starts without using the trust old cables that are kind of worrisome to use with newer vehicles and their plethora of expensive electronics. The TOPVISION jump starter will start a vehicle, it claims, with a 7 liter gasoline engine or a 6.5 liter diesel engine, I may have misspoken that in my video review. They contain various safety features, such as reverse charge warning/protection and reverse polarity protection, so you don't have to worry about frying your expensive electronics in your vehicle due to this jump starter. I tested it on a 4.2L V6 engine in my 2002 GMC Envoy. The battery is dead on that vehicle because it can't be driven ATM so it has just died completely. After set-up it jumps the engine with no hesitation. I'm not one to love a lithium ion battery left in my car, so I suggest that if you do take this on-the-go all the time, make sure you keep it in your trunk or another place that is shaded from direct sunlight. I wouldn't hesitate to take this with me to jump a vehicle though. I completely recommend the TOPVISION jump starter and will update this review in the case it fails or something else changes to positively or negatively affect this review.

The first time I used this was to start one of our fire trucks. It's a Ford with the 7.3 liter Power Stroke. Fired right up. We are a volunteer fire department and had an apartment fire we were trying to respond to. Saved the day!
